Dear Oasis843 you is designed beautifully- 😍….however understanding is a bar and restaurant is not necessarily to have rap/rnb music as loud while you eat- yes is Saturday but is not a pool table place or a club. Your selection of music should be better- a nice jazz or slow rnb would do if you need the people hyped up. Let’s be classy if you want to reach diveristy to your business. Also having an issue with short staffing in the kitchen then something should be done about it. (Probably limited items on menu or not reservationsfor big groups ) Food is VERY good, Gawly yall lamb amd shrimp are dreamy 😍😍😍 but the service was bad, food took more than 1 hour and half and your waitress did not check on us, but Just ONE after been sitting for over 15 minutes by accident cuz i did eye contact with him (tae tae- thank you for notice us)

You are in a small town Mr. Owner let’s try to do different than the old Swamp or Creekside. So whoever like a better dinner atmosphere more “grown and sexy”this is not the place Maybe you can come early before the loudness stars or just order to go food is amazing to bad the place invite tacky/clubbing behavior The poor hostes have to keep going out just to answer the phone thats not ok

P. S. If you have youtube playing- get the one without commercials 🤨 kind of tacky to play commercials while “watching”...

Went for my birthday 6/27 even after a friend warned me about the wait. I love the ambiance & I like to experience things for myself. There was no wait. We ordered drinks & our food immediately bc we knew what we wanted. We ordered at 8:50 didn't get drinks from the bar until maybe 10-15 mins later. As we waited we realized that hardly anyone had any food yet. At 9:40 my husband got his food & she said mine would be out shortly and I thought she meant like immediately after someone would follow her to our table.. let's just say we were done with his food before she brought mine out. The food was ok it wasn't bussin. The Music was a bit too Loud.Thennnn we noticed the waitress behavior as my husband paid. We didn't get a receipt before paying or after. She had a card reader to take the payment. So I asked my husband how much was it and he said 90 something. We started doing the math and I said something isn't right . I went to the hostess to ask for my receipt. Got it and noticed the gratuity was added automatically. I questioned it and she said sorry it's like that on Fridays and Sats. So I said it's one thing if the service was superb but we waited damn near a hour...
