I can't remember when I have ever received better customer care. Blakye First the quality of American Leather Sofa is above and beyond any other brand names. I have owned three over the past 27 years and they are still in service with friends or family. They are that good. I was happy to find that Roby's carried their line, but the positive experience I received is also above and beyond no other. I was greeted at Roby's by Blakye. She not only asked pertinent questions about my preferences, she listened. She demonstrated expert knowledge of the various options for my sleeper sofa, the color selection down to the type of legs. And if in doubt she sought out the A.L. representative. She expressed genuine concern that we got the order right and that I would be happy with my choices. Deciding to buy a leather sofa in red is not easy. The outcome thanks to Blayke's knowledge and suggestions was PERFECTION!! My sofa arrived on schedule and I cannot sing the praises of Tom and William enough. They were on time, they were very courteous and organized. They moved my older A.L. sofa into my office which required some skillful maneuvering outside and downstairs. Then back upstairs to bring in the new sofa. Did I mention this was a LARGE king size sectional sleeper sofa?!. Beautiful but heavy and many cushions They were extremely careful in maneuvering through the doorway. Not a bump or scratch to either sofa or door. Great teamwork. They had organized the cushions so that they were placed properly and they double checked everything. Updating - I went back to Roby’s and ordered new appliances (Refrigerator and Washer/Dryer). After much anticipation, they arrived today, and Tom and Will delivered all three. Their service and work was exceptional. I have a house that is close to 100 years old and smaller than standard doors. They took doors off of my house and the refrigerator, far more work than a normal delivery. Tom and Will moved it in, reassembled my refrigerator and set up my washer and dryer, made sure everything was running, balanced, and ready to go. They really went above and beyond. Well, in the midst of the current chaos around CV19, I ventured out to buy a much needed recliner for medical reasons, and was very nervous about shopping. I can’t tell you how pleased I was by the service I received at Roby’s in Florence and from Blayke! She guided me through the store’s in stock availability, gave me good insight into he quality of different manufacturers and what I could expect from them, and answered all my questions on ordering, delivery, warranties, you name it. Overall I like Roby's. Good folks and good products. Sometimes communication and followup leave a little to be desired. We ordered a Cafe fridge and range along with a good sized sectional sofa. Delivery dates were OK with up to an 8 month wait. Our kitchen remodel was to finish about then. The only time we got an up date on anything is when I called to find out status, even though I was promised a monthly followup. The fridge showed up over a year after order. The induction range, come to find out a year later, was still not even in production. So we found another range, different manufacture, that Roby's could get for us. It was in stock in Vancouver, WA. About a 4 hour drive from here. It's been three weeks now and it's still in Vancouver. When I call, 'cause no one calls me back with an update, it's still there due to a transportation problem. That to me is a weak excuse for getting a range here from 4 hours away. Lack of customer service on someone's part. However, I will say because of the range hang up, Roby's has supplied us a loaner till ours comes in. Hope our range gets here before Thanksgiving. Other than that we love the fridge and sofa.
