My name is Jo Ann Reese and I made an appointment with Nettie Kelly for the V-Steam on my birthday and it was amazing. Nettie is kind, warm, personable, charming and knowlegeable which added to the overall experience. Upon arrival, Nettie explained the entire process. She explained each of the herbs and what they can do for you. She greeted me with champagne or sparkling grape juice and individual charcuterie boards. I appreciated the option of sparkling grape juice because I don't drink. I selected the herbs that I wanted for the V-Steam. Nettie provided a robe and slippers to change into. The V-Steam room's ambience also added to the experience. Nettie provided ice cold water to drink during the experience. During the V-Steam, your feet are soaking in peppermint essential oils and slices of citrus fruits (AMAZING). I felt absolutely wonderful and relaxed during and after the experience.
