Came here expecting food, but instead got a punch to the face. I wanted to stop by for dinner, I ordered a slice of pizza, a Mr. Pop, and a side of curly fries. When I got to the window, the window was smothered in what I can only describe as puke but like that type of puke that when it comes out, everybody within a 50 mile radius has their hair synched off from the sheer power of this bile. The lady at the window was wearing a fedora, which was already a terrible sign. She asked me if she could take my order, but I explained I ordered already. She said she wasn't talking to me. Apparently somebody decided to take a shortcut and drove through the building to get to the kitchen. After a pair of NASCAR janitors cleaned the bricks and people off his car, he ordered a cheese sandwich with extra sandwich. I waited patiently. I should mention that one of the employee's scolded me for driving a scooter through the drive thru, but I had decorated the scooter with card board to make it look like a car. When I finally received my food, I opened the bag and started eating. It was terrible, my pizza tasted like pizza, what kind of restaurant is this?? I came here expecting my pizza to taste like more than just pizza. They forgot my large order of fry grease, which was a bummer. I did get my whale meat sandwich so that was pretty radical fantadihip. After I ate, I saw that my bag was actually a very short person from the staff holding the food within their fanny pack (yes they had a fanny pack). After I was done, they got out of my car, wished me a happy thanksgiving (it's June 45th as of writing). Read moreWow, a quick early morning food stop turned into a day full of craziness. I pulled up to this location at 9:55am on Monday morning Dec 16th 2025. I sat and waited patiently until the doors were opened for business. One would assume the food is made to order as advertised.
How were my chicken strips cold and rubbery as if they were microwaved?? The buns on my burgers were hard and shrunken as if it was microwaved.
My receipt reads that I paid for this order at 10:10. Culver’s opens at 10am. How on earth is it possible to only receive fresh French fries but everything other than the french fries were cold?? ITS 10:10am!!
This staff is always annoyed for some reason. I suggest this find a job u actually enjoy!?! I’ve spent $53.77 for 3 people jst to toss it because it wasn’t edible. Luckily we had fries to eat. This staff pre cooks food before they open obviously. How else do u explain this? If I wanted a microwaved meal I could’ve had that. Spending over $20 at a fast food restaurant is crazy.
Having a lunch rush or any kind of rush is the only reason this food is fresh I’m sure, so make sure you visit them when they are kind of busy. Smh I work hard for my money. Why do people do stuff like this?? Would you want a microwaved burger? Or pre fried microwaved chicken strips?? Come...
Read moreI was just recently at store 535 which is on Lindbergh at the Manager Brayden called the police and refused to give me a refund over food I did not order. I placed my order on the drive thru was told to park at lane 12 waited 30 mins for my food to come out that never came. My husband went in to get the food and when we finally got our food my food was cold. I called in and spoke with the manager Brayden and she assured she will remake my food fresh. When I got my food again it was not the food I ordered. So I went in to request a refund because it had been almost an hour at this point that I had been there. The manager Brayden tell me we can’t give you a refund and we called the police to assist. They refused to give me my money back or the food I ordered. I have all receipts proof and video to back up my claims. Every customer in the store at the time kept telling them they was wrong. I will never ever in my life eat at a Culver’s ever again and will be disputing the change.
