Five Guys — Restaurant in Florissant

Burgers aren't bad as burgers go, and the fries could stand a two stage cooking process so they'd be crispy, but my comments are reserved for the male I concluded was the manager/franchise owner. When asked if there was a printed menu my vision impaired wife could hold he was dismissive of her problem and demanded she use her phone to view his menu at the Five Guys website. I wanted to leave, but SWMBO wanted a burger so we got a burgers. Last burgers from Five Guys, though. Not because they're overpriced (which they are) or the fries are grease laden strips of starch (which they are) but because the person in charge has no empathy for his customers. He should stay in the back and count his pinched pennies.

Update: 2/13/2018 SWMBO wanted another of these burgers, so off we went. Lo, and behold, there were printed menus at the order counter, and with large, clear print my wife could read. I guess whining DOES sometimes bring about...

Always a great place to indulge your burger craving with one of the best burgers you can get. Reminiscent of a couple competing west coast burger chains, but still one of the best burgers middle income money can buy! It's a little more on the expensive side for a meal, with two grown men eating lunch for over $30, including a regular bacon burger, two small cheeseburgers, drinks and one small fry. But it was filling and delicious! One of the favorite perks is the boxes of salted peanuts made available as you walk in the door. I visited this place twice in the same week. On Wednesday, my order was messed up, but they offered to remake it, which I appreciated. I returned Friday night around 9:25 PM to pick up the remake and waited patiently. While I was waiting, I noticed at least four people who came in after me received their orders and left before I was even acknowledged.

When I finally asked about my food, the staff member responded with an attitude, saying they were still waiting on some items. I didn’t receive my order until 9:41 PM, which made me late for work. On top of that, the sandwich was still incorrect.
