This is the worst IHOP ever, it was not really even busy, 4 for dinner, had to ask for waters, chicken fried steak gravy, the stuffing was old and crunchy, the hamburger was cold, unlimited French fries? Haaahhhaa. I watched in horror as a male, not our server carried plates out to our servers tables, without a tray, his fingers and thumbs touching every plate. We had to ask 2 times for ketsup, and the refills on the water which we didn't get until we were ready to leave... The Female manager and 3 of the staff were in the kitchen bitching about the customers so loud we could tell that the server was yelling at the cook about the bite that was missing out of my steak burger, (literally) right out of the side of the patty. They remade a burger for me, but they didn't bump the grill slip in front of the other two tables that were left, so my burger came out after everyone else at the table had eaten. I had to ask for my drink... lemonade and when the server finally came out the syrup was out and the lemonade was just barely lemon water. The second burger and fries sat in the window for nearly 5 minutes before the server noticed and brought it out to the table. The plate was hot, and the fries were hot, but the burger was barely warm, the American cheese was not even melted. Honestly it was the worst burger I have had, and the patty was obviously frozen and very dry. When we were ready to leave the server server was outside with the rest of the staff smoking and joking instead of checking on her tables, and when she came back in we had been waiting on our ticket, and she was very put out when we asked her for separate checks. She couldn't remember what we ate and came back to our table 2x just to ask when separating the tickets...To top it all off when I got to the register and talked to the Female manager (with no name tag, a low cut blouse with peekaboo holes, and breasts hanging out, very unprofessional) she had the gall to offer me 10% off of my next visit to IHOP... SMH. I told her we may not come back, why not just take care of us while we were at the store, we spent 53 dollars not including the tip. She took my name and put it in the books for 4 free meals @ 12$ each , we will see if it is for real if we...

My husbands biscuits and gravy came with no gravy in the container or in any of the bags/boxes. My sons strawberry banana pancakes with whipped cream came with only bananas. No strawberries or whipped cream.
I didn’t have the time to go back up there to have anything remade due to our plans for the rest of the day that we have to get ready and leave for so I called up there and requested a refund just for the items with errors on it, which to me seemed fair.
I called, explained the situation to the woman who answered the phone and asked if there was any way I could get a refund for those items. She asked me a few questions in return, then put me on hold. A manager then came to the phone and argued with me that she had checked the cameras and the gravy was in the bag. I told her it wasn’t and she insinuated I wasn’t checking the correct bag, I told her that I had checked and emptied all the containers and bags and that there is no gravy, strawberries or whipped cream. She asked me to come back to have it remade and due to time I couldn’t. But I wouldn’t have even wanted to since she accused me of lying about the missing/incorrect items.
I don’t appreciate having my $70 order messed up and then being called a liar. It also seems to me like they were lying about “checking the cameras” since the phone call to them was 3 minutes long. That’s a real short time to have me explain the situation, answer questions, pull up the footage, find the exact time I was in, find the worker with my food, watch the clip, come back to the phone and argue with me, then situate a refund.
I get that things happen and items get looked over, that’s why if I do decide to call back I’m always calm and understanding. But this customer service...
Read moreIf you’re looking for garbage food, wet slippery floors, sticky nasty seating and tables and dismissive self proclaimed managers, then this is the place to dine. Mike who calls himself the “manager” but really is merely a glorified waiter really could care less about your visit and he will ask you if there’s anything else he can do to make it even more horrible with a “as a matter of fact” kind of attitude and the sad part about this is he isn’t management at all. We put in our order but I wish I would have followed my first thought by leaving initially after I told the waitress that the floor was wet when we walked in and as time went on, I regretted being seated all together. The food was cold and didn’t taste fresh and my mom’s pancakes were not cooked in the middle so we really didn’t eat much. Plus the entire experience left me tasteless. The only subtle pleasantry was our server who was nice but kept making excuses for the wet slippery floors stating that it comes from cleaning tables. I guess who cares if it’s a safety issue and someone could slip and fall at any moment! Not to mention there were a few elderly people walking in as well and it just seemed to be an accident waiting to happen. Even the waitresses were walking extra careful so they wouldn’t slip. Needless to say I’ll take my business elsewhere which is really unfortunate because this kind of service is what eventually gets the doors closed permanently especially in particular areas where great service is not demanded. Fortunately I paid with my credit card and I will definitely be disputing the charges. I like to think that places like this will get better if people make it a priority to change it but unfortunately these days it seems people just settle for bad service and I seemed to be the only one who actually spoke up so I doubt if anything gets better at this...
