Waffle House — Restaurant in Florissant

The three PERSONS on the 21 of June treated me very disrespectful.First of all had not been there in a few months. I decided to visit a while and doing my visit they sold turn the air condition on very cold.I would go out side to warm up come back in.The last time I went outside the cook NAME John came and told me I had to leave and told mail WHO had came out smoke tHat was standing me to come back in, he did. JOHN SAID WHEN THOSE OTHER CUSTOMERS LEAVE HE WAS GOING TO LOCK THE DOOR and count the safe.I SAID let me know. Ok When I went in they got ugly with me.I SAID John why you telling me ,leave one had ever told me that know when I come I visit a while and treat them nice and I have. Always left on my own since I been coming to the Waffle house since January 2012.I ha e spent a lot of money here. So he lights in on me bye msg Teresa go.I say John you don't treat your customers like that and you never tells anyone else that you don't tell the white people that either not anyone .Now I asked him what have I done to deserve such treatment?He t.wells miGhT was doing things like bothering his workers ,I SAID how? HE CLAIM I asked Makail for some of his tips. I SAID John I have not ask Makail for none of his tips I asked MKIl did he make any tips since was very slow. MAKAIL TOL D ME HE MADE $20'00 ,I SAID thAt was good. SO STILL JOHN GOT UGLY AND SAID MISS TERESA IF YOU DONT GO I GOING CALL FLORISSANT POLICE, WHICH HE DID I SAID I WILL STAY UNTIL THEY COME. WHICH I DID AND WHEN THEY CAME I WAS GOING OUT TO TALK TO THEM MAKAIL SAID I WILL come out and beat your old ads myself and he sprayed some water on me as I was going out the door to speAk with police.I told him that I don't he would to do any thing that.Playing the Lady was all laughing about what they were doing saying like it was funny.I goes out and told the police what had happened the one I spoke with told me that if they treat me like that don't back to eat anything there.He say they were going speAk with them and see why did they do me that way and why did Makail.spray the water on.me WHICH is unacceptable.I don't except that not do I except John embarrassing me in front of OTHER CUSTOMERS. BECAUSE I HAVE DONE ANYTHING BUT TREAT ME NICE WHEN I GO THERR.I WAS GOING TO THE WAFFLE HOUSE BEFORE ANY OF THEM CAME THERE. MANY PEOPLE HAVE VISIT A WHILE IN THERE.I DONT FEEL THAT SHOULD TREATED NO DIFFERENT THAN ANYONE ELSE REGARDLESS OF COLOR OR STATU OR STATus'. THEY ALSO HAVE TALKED ON MY DIGNITY,WHEN I COME THEY ACT. LIKE I AM DIRTY ACT LIKE TJEY SMELL ME LIKE I SMELL BAD AND I DONT.When come I come clean and presentable..but they still lie on me and talk about me to.each other.This has hurt in the past a great deal but got over it I stop coming for while. When I come back it is the same I same thing' One of the cooks name Myer Told me saying MissTeresa you always look nice and decent, and that she SAID she didn't know why any of the workers would say that about me. I told I didn't either but Jehovah God and Jesus hear them and they correct them for that to.matthew7:12; Proverbs 15:3; Psalms 37:1_40.at this time I am asking for th ESE ONES TO BE DELT WITH I HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING BAD AT WAFFLE HOUSE SINCE I BEEN GOING THET 6 years I have a right to go in places to eat or just come and say hello like do sometimes ,. No one b.s. the right to tell me to just leave no one does them that. BECAUSE when they are off work they comes there to stay until they leave and no. Has ever told them that at all. JOHN was wrong Makail was wrong too. Also when I do come to your store 367or365 Washington and Lingberg your business picks up more it does when I don't come.A lot of them that worked there SAID that. Now I am not saying I have powers to cause this I am a very warm loving person and as I give the credit to Jehovah God, Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit. And the Holy Angels in heaven, I feel that public can somehow feel warmth from me, many people have told me that. May be it is a God gift.I thank you warmly for your time. Sincerely...

Our waitress was nice but terrible. We had a party of three and almost everything was wrong. We weren't sure if it was her first day and no one was training her or if waitressing is just not in her skill set. My friend and I order and all seems ok. Then my brother ordered an All Star Special with sausage and asked if he could get the eggs with cheese and onions, raisin toast, hash browns with green peppers, and an extra order of sausage. She told him, "It comes with sausage." He asked, "How many patties?" "Two" she says. He said,"Ok but I want more than that so I'd like the sausage that comes with the All Star Special and an extra order, so four sausage patties." She looks confused and says, "Four orders of sausage?" "How many patties would that be?" replies my brother. With a look of satisfaction at her quick mental arithmetic, the waitress responds "Eight patties." My brother says, "I want a total of four patties with my meal." She nods and walks off. Drinks arrive, mine is the wrong soda. Food arrives. My friend has sausage instead of bacon but my brothers meal is the real surprise. His arrives on the plates, a main plate with eggs, toast, and has browns, and two little plates with two sausage patties on each. I mentally rejoiced that she got the sausage right, but his hash browns have jalapenos instead of the bell peppers he was expecting. Turns out they don't have bell peppers. As a solution, she picks up his plate and starts picking them out with her fingers. He asks for his plate back and says he can do that himself. He then notices that it's normal toast and not raisin toast. He moves the toast on to one of the little sausage plates and begins picking off jalapenos. I let the waitress know about the toast and she takes the little plate with the toast and sausage, then comes back in a few moments with a little plate with raisin toast. My brother looks up from his pepper picking, "My eggs don't have any onions, just cheese. Hey, where did my sausage go?" He eventually got his sausage back but the errors just continued as our meal went on. I don't think she ever brought his coffee back after he asked for a refill and a fill eight minutes after she brought waffles, she came by to ask me , "Would you like some syrup?" At this point, I wondered if we were on a hidden...

Not to get confuse because of this rating but I usually love this place and this location. Annie and certain other cooks and waitress were awesome. BUT this time I had Maddie at around 9:00PM and it was disgraceful in term of customer service. Usually if something is wrong they are so friendly in helping making it right but Maddie gave us an attitude. When serving eggs sunny side up, she gave it to me with the yolk broken and stack on top of each other. Its not her fault because she didn't make it but when I told her that I didnt like my yolk broken, she told me it that it was going to break when I eat it anyways. If that is the case than I'm guessing she blends her meals and drink it I suppose. She also got the order all mixed up. I think it is cool when waitress memorizes people ORDERS, but if you can't please write it down. At the end I tipped the cook because they were so nice in remaking the food but since I didn't tip her, she made a fuss to all the other people in the restaurant as I was walking out. The usual waitress knows I always tip more than generously but it is based on performance. I will discourage anyone to eat there as long as she is working or on staff.
