PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I wish I could give no stars. This place is horrible!! I went to buy a washer and dryer for my first home. Sales guy came off nice and went on about how they been in business for years and do not get over on people. I purchased the washer and dryer on March 12th (my receipt said the 11th but I did not think much of it, just a little mistake). Before I left, I took a picture of the matching set. Also had to remind them to put my name on both the washer and dryer. I was not home for delivery, so I did not get to see them before the delivery guys left. When I came home, I noticed that it was not the same washer I agreed to purchase. It was late so I called the next day. Basically, I was told to come get another one. I went up there and they did not have what I agreed to buy and did not want to switch it out with another set for the same price (they were surprised I had a picture of the washer and dryer). The same sale man said, just give her a refund and we will pick them up. I was surprised because it does say all sales are final. But the lady proceeded to take down my information and said she would send it too corporate. Basically, I been given the run around since. I went up there again because they never answer the phone, or it is always busy. I supposedly talked to the “owner”. He said we will pick them up March 29th (yes, we are now at 2 weeks going on 3) and the pickup guys will have a check for me. He apologized and said this never happens (lies most the reviews are bad). It is now the 31st and I finally get them on the phone. I am told that "corporate" denied the claim because the only problem is, they are not a matching set (washer does not work right) and the person I spoke with was not the owner. Oh, and to put the icing on the cake the lady says, well the receipt says all sales are final. This is the same lady that wrote my information down. So basically, because they delivered something (not what I agreed on) then it's okay!? I am a hard-working Mother, working 2 jobs to provide for my family. It infuriates me that they are taking advantage of hard-working people. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT GO HERE!!!! There are plenty of other businesses that will not disregard all the hard work you do to get the things you need. It is sad that now I have to spend more time seeking illegal act just to get a refund that was already...

RUN!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE IDIOTS!! UNPROFESSIONAL!! THEY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS!! I purchased a refrigerator in Jan 2018. They told me their products are checked out before they are sent to you home. LIES! I don't know what type of check point system they have but each refrigerator they sent me...including the loaner boxes...ALL had something wrong with them. The first one after it was delivered to my home need 2 repairs. It kept icing up and stopped getting cold. I would call to complain and was told to keep turning it off for 24 hours and then turn it back on. In the meantime, my food is either spoiling or sitting in the garage to keep cold because it was Jan/Feb/Mar... In April I had called and complained so much that they took back the first frig and offered me a loan until another frig came in. They loaner they sent leaked water all over my floor AND inside on the food! I complained repetitively about that. They had me come in a pick out another frig and I asked them to keep it a few weeks and test it out before delivering it to my home. Two weeks later they delivered it to my home and within 1 week it started to defrost the food in the frig and stop being cold. I called and complained daily. By the end of May, they sent me another loaner and took the 2nd replacement frig stating that it needed a part. It is NOW JUNE and I still have a loaner. I was told by them repeatedly they don't give refunds! Yet, they can't seem to keep their end of the sale. Unprofessional! Every time I called they acted like they didn't know me or remember that I called or needed my phone number again. They would say that someone else took the call and the message was not given to them or that they'd call me back and RARELY did...or when they did it was another lie. They also would not answer my calls because they recognized my number on caller id. So I'd have to call from other phone lines or stop by the store in person to get them to answer to ask for an update on my frig. They had my money, still have my money and don't have the decency to refund it! Their products and their service is WORTHLESS. I finally went to LOWES and purchased a new frig. I suggest you...

I hate this place and received the worse customer service ever. Their phone lines are always busy, therefore every time I had a question I had to drive up to the store. Finally after driving to the store and explaining to Gary my refrigerator wasn’t staying cool he sent a repair man to my home who showed up intoxicated early June. The repair guy came out 4 four times before he realized the refrigerator was unable to be fixed (let’s not forget to mention he was trying to do as LITTLE work as possible.) Each time he attempted to fix my refrigerator he would tell me just leave it on the recommended setting (of 4) and it would be fine. Pitiful. My refrigerator has been and continues to be 65 degrees !! Causing my dairy products to constantly spoil! Here we are July 14th and I’m STILL with a broken refrigerator and waiting for a refund ! NOT ONCE has anyone at this raggedy business attempted to rectify the situation ! I've had to Ask, ASK, AND ASK AGAIN FOR REPAIRS AND NOW A REFUND. I was sold a broken refrigerator there is NO REASON I HAVE CALLED THREE TIMES ASKING WHEN THEY ARE COMING TO GET THIS BROKEN REFRIGERATOR SO I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK!! THEY NEED TO GO OUT OF...
