The atmosphere is fun, however the service...deplorable. ••• It was our first visit to Fahrenheit for a girls night out and we waited in line for less than 20 mins. In retrospect, the time spent outside was probably the highlight of the night since it went downhill from there. Upon entry, there’s a nicely remolded dance floor with a full bar towards the back. The bar service was prompt however you may end up playing musical chairs if you want to sit down or grab a table. ••• Once we were seated, we spent 20 mins in locating a potential server. Typically businesses will have designated sections however here... its a free-for-all. The first person to greet us was a third-party company who provided us with hookah. She was very pleasant and answered all of our questions. The hookah was a little overpriced ($45), but yolo! ••• Eventually We ended up making eye contact with a waitress in which she was very nice. She took our order and even doubled back to make sure it was correct. Our party of six ordered either wings and/or fries. Nothing exotic, we tried to keep it simple. By the time we all placed our order, it was 11:44pm (It could’ve been before however that’s when I received a phone alert that my purchase was approved). When she brought our waters over, it was 11:55 and she told us it would take approximately 30 minutes before our ticket would be up...( a little long for wings, but by this time they were busy so we understood). ••• At 12:18 the DJ made an announcement for last call since the kitchen was closing at 12:30. We weren’t fazed by the announcement since we had already placed our order. We continued to converse amongst each other while we waited for our food to arrive. As time progressed we all got a little restless since it had been over 30 mins and our food still had not arrived. ••• We try to locate our server and she’s nowhere to be found....so we flag someone else. We asked the new server about our order and she tells us there’s no more chicken and that they are sold out. So now, not only have we wasted our time but there’s also no food. ••• At this point we try to find our original server but she’s still M.I.A. By 1AM we still had not received our food. After flagging down ANOTHER server we received one basket of half cooked chicken and an order of french fries. Needless to say, the J&J vaccine, we were one and done....
Read moreWe recently hosted an event at Fahrenheit "Restaurant." It was by far the worst customer service that I have ever experienced at an establishment in St. Louis. We paid for our event in advance and requested certain liquor and food to be purchased in advance for our guest. Giving Fahrenheit ample time to purchase the requested items. (A month) We hosted over 200 guest and we are still waiting on food! The basic liquor Moscato, zinfandel, crown apple, titos just to name a few where not even an option for liquor items. With the total amount of food purchased in advance and the liquor paid for in advance we spent over $3000.00 (prepaid), not to mentionthe money made at the bar the night of. It is a discredit to call yourself a restaurant and you don't have enough staff to accommodate such a crowd. Being greedy also doesn't help. The kitchen was so worried about the order at the window, the guest that paid for food in advance were not serviced. Staffing appropriately for your expected guest is a testament to the management and the owners ability to service the public. When we decided to pick a venue to host an event and specifically this venue it was because of the "Las Vegas" style decor NOT because of the person who owns the establishment. They should be graded an F from the owner to the Wait staff and kitchen. Mess runs down heel and every one knows that leadership is what drives the business. Catering to the elite only will drive you out of...
Read moreI had very high hopes for this restaurant and was utterly disappointed. It is a seat yourself restaurant yet tables aren’t assigned to serves so you have to wait for someone to see you sitting long enough to ask you did you need anything. After waiting 30-45 minutes for a server, we waited another hour for our food which was mediocre. Our server was a manager who was very rude and unprofessional & she ended up never checking on us again after running our cards. Luckily one of the girls in training helped get things figured out with our food. The wings were so tiny & the beef was over cooked on my tacos. Also, While waiting nearly two hours we weren’t even offered a cup of water and when we asked for one they said no, apparently they only sell bottled water. There seemed to be NO structure in the way this business is run and was completely...
