Its a take out place really. You can eat there but the take out is really really good. Only place in the county i see Springfield Cashew Chicken. The chef is amazing and very consistent with his food. I go here often and you will get the same exact experience every time. I was a chef for 30 years so i know food. You can’t go wrong with anything here. Its got neighborhood staples like wings and fried rice. They also have Boba Tea I have got a couple of time and it was good. Honestly its worth a drive to get some take out and go to a park in a nice day. Prices are great, you can eat there for around $10 and have a feast for $20. China moon has been my go to Chinese Restaurant for over a year. I have been disappointed the last few times I have ordered and feel as though the quality of the food has steadily declined over the past few months. Tonight the food was awful. The sweet and sour chicken was so dry that I couldn't eat it. It was super greasy, hard and tough as jerky. The fried pot stickers were burnt with a strong burnt smell so those too were thrown in the trash. I really wanted rice noodles tonight. Most restaurants have Mei Fun. A few restaurants will have Singapore Noodles, which is my favorite! I went in and asked for Mei Fun and was so delighted when the person taking my order offered Singapore noodles instead! It was so good!
