If I could give them 0 stars I would. I took my daughters phone in to be repaired when I should’ve just used my insurance to replace, anyway they fixed the phone only for it to malfunction the next day with a whole new set of issues. The screen had some discoloration and a slight crack when the phone hadn’t even been dropped. Also, the screen that was replaced wasn’t properly put back in the phone based off the comparison of other i phone that I have. We went back into the store less than 48 hrs later only to be met with rude customer service where this black head dude wanted to argue that we dropped the phone.
