A few mistakes happened along the way like a small manufacturer issues like the knobs on the dressers were not perfectly straight . Tony was my sales person and was very helpful. I purchased a very unique blue velvet and diamond tufted bedroom furniture and a b high end mattress from this store . I did read the reviews before comming in . I did finance my purchase but I chose to apply for financing on my own through the stores website before comming in . No one pressured me to buy anything or pressured me to buy something under financing and no my credit was not run a bunch of times . The style furniture here is very unique and although half the store is from Ashley furniture the other half of the store is very unique furniture style I have been looking for for years and once I found it here I purchased it right away . The owner and tony were very helpful for the small manufacturer issues with the knobs not being straight the owner of the store replaced every dresser I purchased no questions asked and even though I needed a replacement the replacement was sent out one week exactly from when I recieved the original items so not long at all . Original delivery was only 1 hour late not that big of a deal I saw it was raining . Also I saw this store has a lot of bad reviews based on delivery but I don’t think the furniture company should be taking all heat for that . Delivery has nothing to do with the stores high quality of furniture and customer service . I will be back very soon to get a velvet...

I was out shopping around for a leathery looking living room set and a queen mattress. I found one here, on SALE, and really cheap. However, once I decided on the set I wanted which was $599 why is delivery so high? $120 for delivery? And not only that I asked “what if someone comes to pick it up?” The answer I received was, “if you damage it that’s on you not us.” As if they may purposely damage it just so they won’t be held responsible. Not only that but since the set was so cheap, I can understand charging that much for delivery to make up for lost profit. But don’t try and get over with manipulation. So I paid for the delivery. My living room set and mattress was delivered on the day and time promised. However I wasn’t home but someone was and they set it up. After I checked the legs on the sofa and love seat someone must’ve been drunk. How in the world can you put legs on the sofa crooked and backwards? And my mattress was dirty and nasty and the wrong one. This is my LAST TIME dealing with this place and their cousins, Parker Furniture, Super Dollar Busters, and Florissant Furniture they are...

Was greeted courteously upon arriving, it all went downhill from there. Surprised they're receiving such a high rating - hopefully it was just the staff the day I went.

There was a dining set that had apparently been discontinued, so I was told they put some random chairs with the floor model table that I liked. I asked to just buy the table, but was rejected because "it has to be sold as a set." Doesn't make sense considering those werent the original chairs, and who's to say I wouldn't have liked the original chairs more? So I tried to see if I could negotiate with them and was met with an off-putting response. I was told to talk to the manager at the point.

As I go to introduce myself with the manager, I attempt to shake his hand, and he literally just looks at my hand as if I have a disease, leaves me hanging! He explains the same thing about the set, but instead of being shown comparable options, neither the manager or the initial employee (who just sits at a dining table and watches his phone without helping) leave me to do my own...
