I do not recommend this place after my experience this morning. If they do not improve their customer service they may end up like all the other closed businesses in that strip mall. I had an appointment today at 9 am. I arrived at a quarter till and there not open. At ten till I went to the door and a woman just stared at me with locked doors. Nothing said, no wave nothing. At about 5 till there was about four of us out there and still no one would acknowledge us, then finally a younger girl comes out and “do you have a problem”, I said I’m trying to check my dog in for his appointment. She said we don’t open till 9 and I have to get things open. Maybe this young girl should arrive to work a little earlier to get things done and be able to kindly acknowledge her customers. I own a hair salon and guests are always 5-10 minutes early and my stylists are there ready and waiting. I would be furious if my team left the door locked till 9 staring at the waiting guests. And I would fire them if they opened the door and spoke to a customer that way. I will not return to a place that allows this, if this is how you speak to guests- I would be quite worried how you treat the dogs. She was left very uneven, stray hairs hanging from her bottom area, her cute whiskers being trimmed down to nothing, uneven ears, paws, tail not hand trimmed as I asked. My family lives in the area and I was going to take her back to be fixed. I was shocked when I first saw how bad my beautiful terrier mix looked. They took a small amount of the grooming price off but I should have not paid at all for such an awful job. I had to leave town and was not able to get my pup fixed. I was told the owner would call me back regarding the situation and have yet to receive a call back.
I am still upset on how bad my beautiful dog looks and what a choppy mess they did to her. I would not recommend and shocked on how unprofessional the business is. All of the groomers are contracted out apparently but that is not a customer's problem that was left to pay for an awful awful job. The ownership obviously doesn't care if not doing anything to remedy the situation and the on-site manager was not able to do anything. They didn't even follow up with me after calling twice.
