The worst experience I have ever had at VS!! As soon as I walked in the store I was expecting to be greeted by the sales associates like I usually am when I walk in VS but that didn’t happen!!! I had three sales associates standing right in front of me, having a conversation while leaning against one of the displays and not one of those ladies greeted me or asked me if I needed help with anything!! They just looked my way and carried on with their conversation. I walked around the store for 30 minutes picking out my items and still no one offered to help!! Then I went to checkout and the line was terrible!! They had only two cashiers working but had a lot of sales associates on floor just standing around talking instead of helping out!! I stood in line for a good 25-30 minutes to checkout! When it was my turn I figured just maybe the cashier would be more attentive But that didn’t happen!! She asked me if anyone helped me out while shopping and I told her no! Expecting an apology for poor customer service would have been nice but I guess that was too much to ask from her! She never said anything else to me except for my total and if I was paying with debit or credit!! Terrible customer service!! I will shop online from now on instead of shopping in the store!! Customers that shop at VS should be treated with better service than that. Most customers spend a good amount of money each time they shop at VS, so they should get better customer service than this!! The employees need to realize if it wasn’t for the customers coming in and spending money, then they wouldn’t...

On 2/13/2021 my daughter and I were attempting to make a mad dash into the Flowood store to find that they lock their doors prior to their closing time. We attempted at 5:51pm. They close at 6pm. Not terrible but not the best however, on 2/14/2021 we returned and found that 2 gentlemen were shopping through some of the women’s panties and one of the men had his pants so low that my 14 year old daughter and I saw his black and brown animal print underwear. The front and back side. There was an associate within the same area and she either didn’t observe his indecent exposure or didn’t care. In removing myself and my daughter from the two men’s presence under those circumstances -in a lingerie store -I also noticed that the very same associate had a halter top shirt on exposing her entire mid drift. Am I missing something??? I have always paid Victoria Secret prices gladly and have always enjoyed my experiences shopping for lingerie within their stores and generally in the Flowood area; however; in trying to pass that down to my daughter I expected to set the bar higher than what we experienced today. And to go a step further, there was a woman to whom came in with a mask around her neck but apparently forgot to pull it up and ALL the associates made sure to somewhat get close as one of their team members asked her to put the mask on because it was store policy. I wanted to fall out! I understand health but what about dress code ? Totally...

Very rude employees. As an experienced retail manager, I have to say this is the worst customer service I have ever had. Just wow... I didn’t expect to be ignored and treated with disrespect at a VS store like that. I watched another customer ask for a fitting room and the associate just turned and looked at her and went back to folding the same pair of panties she had been folding for 10 minutes while gossiping with the other 4 employees including the manager. It took her a good 20 seconds to start walking to over to help that lady as it was a huge inconvenience. And not once did she speak to the lady about whether she was coming to help or not. I watched the customer standing there confused and uncomfortable. Then I went to ask for a fitting room. Of course I was treated the same way. When I said thank you, she went “uhm huh...” And that was the only word came out of her. I was never greeted or asked if I needed help the whole time I was in the store. There were 3 customers and 5 employees but they were all too busy talking by the checkout counter. What kind of customer service was that???! Never will I ever come back here again. And I don’t recommend anyone to shop...
