My mother has been to this shop a few times and my dad has purchased an item previously. We waited for our seat at the Italian restaurant and my mum wanted to look around the rock shop and we entered from the restaurant side. Rude staff. My son accidentally dropped something. We had seen their store policy if you break something, you buy it. This was incense. I fully expected to pay for it but the owner continued to berate him and ask why he picked it up the way he did.
