Aaron's Rent To Own — Local services in Foley

This review is not in any way towards any of the staff rather than the older fat man who i think must be a manager or something. The staff here is wonderful the older man however is rude as can be. I am having a high risk pregnancy and have been in out of the hospital and swamped with medical bills they put me on bed rest so my husband has been taking care of medical bills alongside our payment these last few months its been rough weve had 3 deaths in my family in the last two months but we have still paid our bills even when we get behind we went in on 10/13/23 to pay the man started telling my husband we couldn’t pay this and couldn’t afford it and that when he had a half payment and it was all we could afford this week but we literally always make sure by the next payment we are paid off this man is highly rude and on a power trip we are planning on reporting him to corporate as soon as we get his name again the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing and have continued to work with us on everything so no hate to them❤️ The rest of the staff are the only reason my husband did not send back the items today after that disrespectful troll was rude The rude troll man however is very disrespectful and rude and needs to be fired for the way he talks to his customers and lacks any compassion or patience a decent human being would have and lacks customer service...

Not all of us can enjoy the pleasure of walking into a furniture store and whipping out a credit card to pay for things we want. Some of us must depend on furniture rental places and broken up payments and knowing we’re paying twice what anyone else would. But , with that being said, if you find yourself in that latter position Aaron’s is the company you want to deal with. When I fractured my spine they were here within hours of my release from the hospital, adding me last moment to the days deliveries and making sure my first night home I slept comfortably in a roomy, fluffy, overstuffed recliner due to my being unable to lay flat in my bed. They’ve worked with me during times all my 20 meds had to be filled on payments. I will continue to deal with them on every furniture need I find myself in in the future. Man, these guys were awesome. From the second I walked into the store, I felt welcome. They were all very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about their product. It took me all of about 3 minutes to fill out the stuff on the computer that got me approved for the appliances I was in desperate need of. The whole process was simple. A lot of people kept telling me to just buy new ones, but when you don't have mo ey like that, you pay for convenience, and this was most definitely that. It's worth it, too. I have a low weekly payment, which is worth it to me. If I ever move, they move it for me. How awesome is that. Anyway, I would recommend this place for anyone. These guys were great. It's rare that I have this good of a review for anyone, but this place deserves it. Well done, guys. Well...
