I originally posted just photos and gave a 2 star review, but now that the owner wants to play nasty games and tell liesâŚ.here we are. I guess because she didnât get the rating she wants she has to make up stuff to make herself look good. I originally wanted to post my review here, and went against my judgment on the type of person she is.
#1. My original dress was purchased from a lady in Mississippi off of a resale board. In fact, it was one of the same âone of a kindâ One More Couture dresses you had in your store. I donât know if it was because of the snow or the fact that the USPS has been extremely slow lately. The owner of the dress worked with me in contacting the postal service and all they could tell us was I just had to wait yet pageant day was 10 days a way. So yeah, I had no idea when the dress would arrive and wanted to ensure I had a dress for my daughter. 1. I asked for the total before I went to checkout. I stepped out to transfer the funds. I came back in to complete my purchase and then was told there was a processing fee. No problem, I just transferred more money over and complete the purchase. I am fully aware of paying taxes on sales items, who doesnât? Really? Yes, I respectfully asked for at least a partial refund, considering I had a family emergency where my college son, 4 hours away passed out when he torn his meniscus and had to have surgery a few days later. You decline and offered a partial store credit, which would require me to spend more money in the future with you. I respectfully asked you to reconsider and showed you proof and left it at that. I never heard back after that untilâŚ. You did not communicate that the reaction emoji was a mistake. Otherwise, I may have felt differently. After I made my review, she messaged me that she was disappointed that I left a review. Yet, she wasnât disappointed nor apologized for her motherâs comments. Made excuses for the comments. You were only sorry you werenât there to give me the experience you wanted that would give her a 5 star review. Then she blocked me from her business page before I could respond. Lol Iâm not angry as everyone is fine on my end, despite of. And itâs not about the refund. Itâs about my experience. As a customer I have a right to share my experience, regardless of how âunderstandingâ you are with your response. I should have just posted my experience to begin with, because im certain you would have responded the same way. Just as you have your polices, I have my standards on how I should be treated when spending my money. Therefore my experience still remains. I respectfully, acknowledge your stance, but you obviously canât do the same. Bottom line, I donât want any other little girl that looks like mine, to have the experience that we had.
I hope this is a lesson learned as it has been for me. I also hope that you stop with the lies and making up things to cover yourself as well as trying to make me look bad because you didnât get the rating you wanted. I will share my experience on every social...
Read moreThis so-called âdress shopâ is easily one of the worst shopping experiences Iâve ever had. The customer service is nonexistentâif you can even call it that. The owner, Nikki, along with Caroline, were rude, snobby, and acted like they were doing me a favor by even acknowledging me. They push overpriced dresses you could find anywhere else for half the cost, and then try to sell it as âexclusive.â Please. Nothing about this place is exclusive except the bad attitude.
The jewelry? Donât even get me started. Itâs the exact same cheap, mass-produced stuff you can order off Shein for a couple of bucks. The fact that they think people wonât notice is laughable.
As for the atmosphere, the whole store feels tense and unwelcoming. The owner in particular is incredibly unprofessional, unpleasant, and flat-out mean. Honestly, she gives off the energy of a nasty roachâscuttling around with an attitude, making the place worse just by being there.
Save your money, save your time, and save yourself the headache. This shop is a rip-off with a rotten...
Read moreA huge THANK YOU to The Coastal Camellia Pageant Company!!! Nikki Walker saved the day! Yesterday, I called to make arrangements to pick up a Christmas suit that had been in the hands of a downtown Foley seamstress for six weeks. The woman had not even begun the project! I was hysterical, making calls and asking for alternatives. Coastal Camillia Pageant Company was open for business and welcomed my daughter and me on very short notice. The inventory available is extraordinary and the pageantry that my daughter chose is perfect, even better than what I had originally planned! Go see Nikki for beauty, homecoming, Mardi Gras, weddings, and proms! You wonât leave...
