
I have been a customer since they opened in Foley. I have joined their rewards membership and have been a supported until today. I decided to take advantage of their Koozie offer today. My husband and I arrived and decided to wait in the long line. We order and went to pay. The young man was very friendly and when I asked a question, he told me it was his 3rd day of employment. He did not have the answer to my question and got help. The young lady that was willing to help was rude to us and to him. I was asking about the free Koozie when she very flippant told us good luck in getting one as they were out. They were also out of lemonade. The gentlemen looked shocked on her attitude and apologized to us. We told him it wasn't' his fault but thank you for the apology. We placed our order of coffee with cream and a med. Brunette. When we received our order there was no cream in the coffee and the Brunette was not as tasty as normally is. To say this visit left us with a not happy experience that we normally have is an understatement. If you are going to run out of advertised items please offer something else . Read moreThe customer service and quality of the drinks has really gone down hill at this location. I used to go through here a couple times a week, but my last 3 visits have been terrible. Drinks have not been made correctly and on my last visit I noticed two of the drinks that were handed to me looked exactly the same when they were supposed to be 2 completely different drinks. I asked the person at the window if they were the same and he stated they were the same. He took one of them back to be re-made and came back in the same minute saying the girls making the drink confirmed that they drink didn’t need to be remade because it actually was the other drink we ordered. I accepted it and left, after leaving we tried both drinks and they tasted exactly the same. Not to mention the drinks should have been completely different colors and one should have came with whip cream on top. This is not the first time that I have asked if they gave me the correct drink only for the employees to lie to me. I understand the location was busy at this time, but that didn’t stop another employee from finding the time to twerk right next to our car while speaking with another employee about something not work related. Read moreMy family and I stopped at 7 Brew to get our normal late afternoon pick me up. We waited in line for about 15 minutes until we finally made it up to the lane 2 table. When we first arrived, the stand wasn’t busy so we figured it wouldn’t take long. When we got to the lane 2 table, no one was there and our order had still not been taken. What I am assuming was the shift lead at that time, told the blonde lane 1 girl to come take our order twice and then go back and take the lane 1 car’s order. She instead stared at us and then went back to lane 1 and took that car’s order. Mind you, we arrived first, had been there for about 20 minutes, and still no texters outside, no order taken. We finally decided to leave without even putting in our order. I understand how it is to be short staffed, but to take several people’s orders before, ours after being told to take ours twice, was pretty rough. I love 7 Brew, but this was ridiculous.
