High quality merchandise, but highly abrasive manager. The floor manager, Paige, within a 45 second period questioned me on three separate occassions if i needed anything, wanted help, or wanted a dressing room. Her tone suggested that she wanted us to leave. Additionally, the male member of our party was using his social media while waiting for his sister to try on some clothing. She stated to him that, "it would be bad for our brand to have your photos posted." As a loyal customer of Loft I was highly offended. To maintain the quality of a brand that I love to wear, I asked for her name to write a review based on her services for the day. She replied to me three times, "what is your name, honey!" Great place to shop for women's clothes, but honestly felt discriminated against for being a male, helping his wife go to and from the dressing room helping get clothes for her.

The lady told me they don't want anyone in the fitting room area, even though I was clearly talking with my wife about her clothes she was trying on.

I politely said okay and sat down and felt okay with it, until 10 minutes later they allowed multiple women to stand where they just told me that no one could be at helping their family members.

It is what it is I guess but I kind of feel like it was unnecessary to point me out like that for just helping go back and forth...

Don't buy any shoes (wedges and sandals especially) from this company. I've bought a pair of sandals and wedges that fell apart and disintegrated after I wore them. I had the wedges for 2 weeks, wore them to an interview and I noticed the strap completely disconnected and loose...thay was embarrassing. The soles are starting to fall off already.
