Just went here a few days back. It's convenient location made it easy to find and gave me lots of options after my shopping. However, what really made my trip was the staff and the selection offered. I am no professional about jewelry, watches, or stones. After leaving the store I can confidently say that I now know the basics and the value of these items. The staff immediately welcomed and made me feel welcomed and important. The asked what I was looking for and engaged with me the whole time but also gave me time to browse. My eyes wondered onto a beautiful watch. An associate named Landon Purvis, took it out the glass cage and gave me a better look at the watch. He then explained to me the materials and the watch makers value and importance to the piece. I was at first hesitant to buy the watch but after browsing more I came to my sense and purchased. I told Landon that I would life to by a necklace for my wife. He asked what he birthstone was and of course I didn't know. I told him her birthday and he Immediately knew. I was impressed by the quickness and certainty of his answer. He then went to the jewelry section and started asking me questions about her taste in jewelry.    Read moreStopped in last Sunday (3/16/25) and had them swap a single link on my Seiko from one side of the bracelet to the other. I wore that Seiko every single day and never ever had an issue with it. I get it back from them, put it in the box and took it home. I go to put it on two days later, the bracelet falls apart at the exact two spots they removed the locking barrels from to swap the link. I call the store and get told “oh your bracelet was already missing the barrels so we just put it back together with the parts that were there.” Even if that were true, which it’s not because I put that watch through hell regularly and never had it fall apart, but I bring it to them and it falls apart the second I put it on, but why wouldn’t you bring that to my attention before giving the watch back to me? On top of that, I ask to have the issue fixed, and get told it can only be approved by the single manager, who conveniently isn’t available on either of the next two weekends, and is only available two days out of the week for the next two weeks....

I just hung up with my daughter crying her eyes out after a horrible 6 week long ordeal to simple repair a bent prong on her engagement ring. They failed to get it back on time multiple times and the repair was still not completed when it did arrive, they “sent it off” again. Finally, they call and say it is ready for pick up again so they go get it today and it is not even in the original setting. Totally changing the look and feel of the ring. No management involvement throughout the process. No legitimate apologies. Refused to provide contact with the “location it was sent to” when she inquired and essentially said that it is what it is and there is nothing they can do about it. She even has concerns about whether or not it is actually her ring or stone and they said they didn’t have the ability to test the stone or verify its ID.
