I have eaten there twice. I like the food. Everything is fresh. They do have cooked chicken. Most of the fish is raw. Raw tuna. Raw salmon. You give them the names of the items you would like in your bowl. My first time at a Poke Bowl I opted for the salad as a base instead of rice because they serve basic white unhealthy rice. I do not know of one oriental restuarant that serve healthy brown rice. I added spicy salmon, tomato, and a few other items. Interestingly, water in the bottle cost .99 cents each. Most places charge 2 or 3 times that amount for bottled water. It was strange that the young man seemed to not understand English nor speak English. He was faking and never understood what the question was and did not speak English. The young lady there seem to understand and speak English but had difficulty following instructions I gave her my credit card and said to put the meals on my card. She ignored my card as though she did not understand why my credit card was there. Duh!! I had a good experience after eating there. I take ALLI a weight loss aide that prevents your body from absorbing fat. That means you have to find a restroom soon after eating a lot of fat because your body expels the fat eaten. There was no fat consumed at Poke Bowl. No need to go to the restroom. No fat to get out of my body. I can use this concept to prepare meals at home. Maybe I can lose 7...
Read moreWe came here after wanting to go to Sunflower Poke and Crepes nearby, but they were closed. We’re very glad we did, because after visiting both, we’ve decided that this place has better portions and was just a little more satisfying. Boba, however sucked. The pearls were different sizes and some weren’t cooked all the way through. Skip. Great service though, the people at the front were helpful and quick. I will say the inside was kind of empty and barren, they need better sections for tables, not just pushing them to the corners of the room. Also it smelled like cleaning chemicals, which may be a good thing, because other reviews said it smelled like mold before. That being said, the food makes it worth it for a short time while there. If the building management has problems, that doesn’t affect how good the food is. You could also do takeout and enjoy it elsewhere or in your car.

Read moreThis place just opened and we have been looking for this niche type food - THIS IS IT! The owner was working and the whole crew were very quick and attentive to taking and making our order. I couldn’t believe it when he told us they had already made 200 burritos on the day and they’re open from 9-9!
If you’re looking for a great healthy option and are burned out on only having main fast food chains available, go here.
We ordered a spicy tuna burrito and he suggested some good accompaniment ingredients. I got a side of shrimp tempura which was fried up fresh and hit the spot. Wanted to try a boba, milk tea, or smoothie option. Only request was that it be the papaya and we let the owner decide what to give us. That was a solid call. It was delicious.
We will certainly be back and wish the best success to this new small...
