Carol, our associate, was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and attentive—she made the bride feel so seen and supported, and took her time with every dress, question, and detail without ever making us feel rushed.

Paula Anne, the seamstress, was equally lovely and knowledgeable. Her expertise and gentle presence added such a comforting layer to the experience, and it was clear she genuinely cared about helping the bride feel her absolute best.

Michelle went above and beyond what was expected for her services. I know that formal attire typically is purchased or rented for celebratory events but my recent rental was for my two boys to be pallbearers in there grandfathers funeral. Michelle accommodated my boys and myself in making sure that they had the proper attire. She met us at times that the business was not open due to the difficulty with two teenage boys being able to make it after school and sporting events. Michelle made a very difficult time in our lives that much easier. I will be forever grateful for her kindness, professionalism and patience with my family during our families loss.
