KFC — Restaurant in Forest Park

Worst experience!! I don’t even know where to start but I guess from the beginning. I pull up to the drive thru and ask for the current promotion “1 waffle basket” the lady tells me “They discontinued the waffles” yet the still have advertisement at the drive thru board clear as day. So I asked for the “$5 full up box”. Next after I ordered my meals I wasn’t given my total at the speaker, only was told to pull around. I get to the window and hand my card to the women. She puts it in the card reader and then walks away leave my card in the machine and unattended. I had to ask for it back from somebody walking by the window. All the while still not receiving my total or receipt at that point. I receive my food. Than she walks away, I call her back to the window and ask for my receipt. I lie to you not.... She tells me “Can I see your phone so I can take a picture for you!” I asked why she said “Because there’s no receipt paper.” I than ask for my total and was given it upon request.... i go home only to notice that I wasn’t given my complete order. I didn’t receive any forks with my meal nor did I receive the cookie that comes with the full up box.... mind you this happen during lunch time 1:30pm to be exact and I was the only car in drive thru. Needless to say I’ll never return to this location. Sad because it’s located close to my home and I was told about the bad service from this location but need to see for myself. Guess they made a...

👎My 1st Time Here The Customer Service & Drive Through Service Experience Were Horrendously Terrible ! 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 The Behaviors Of Both African American Individuals Showed Poor Mannerisms & Communication Ethics.👎 The Food Was Cold, Old & Stale.👎 When Showing The 7 Meals That Cost Over $40 & Attempting To Return The Cold, Hard, Dry Food, I Was Given The Worst Attitude & Absolutely NO Courtesy or Empathy To The Treatment At The Drive Thru Window.👎 Nor For The Meals Given Me To Feed My Family.👎 The Food Was Rudely Snatched From My Person & Tossed On The Counter Within My View. I Was Referred To As "She Ain't Happy" & "This Car At The Window." 👎 Asking For The Manager Was NO Help Whatsoever. Because Both Individuals Stated "I Am The Dam Manager" 👎 (with giggles/laughter)😶 There Was NO Patience When Collecting Cash To Pay For The Meals & The Returned Change Was Incorrect, Twice, Fell On The Ground, & Given To Me Balled-up Like A Child When Playing/Handling Cash & Coins. My Family's Experience Was Amazingly Horrific & I Filed Several Complaints. Anyone that knows the area knows that this road sucks by way of customer service. Every restaurant from burger king to mcdonalds to taco bell just hates their job and anyone that decides to eat there. They're all impatient and mean and standoff and somehow judgmental from a drive-through window. (I dont cook alot, sue me)

But not KFC!

This place is an oasis in a desert of mediocre attitudes and sour dispositions! The food is always piping hot! Like the cant sit it in your lap hot! They always accept coupons unlike certain places that claim their out of range. My favorite item is the green beans.. green beans. Dont even make sense but i love em..They stay open until they say they're operating and don't try to cut out early like MickeyD's!

The service is always on point. Thats really why i'm so excited. This exit off i-75 has pitiful service but the people in this place are awesome. One guy with dreads flirted with me, making me feel quite pretty in a very friendly, nonevasive or unprofessional manner. It was more that he made me feel welcomed and appreciated like he owned the joint and appreciated my patronage, you know? A woman with a dirty blonde bob with a deep swoop joked with me and complimented my hair.

I just truly enjoy this place. Thanks so much you guys. You make this area tolerable.... maybe i should start cooking AT LEAST once a week though...
