This review is strictly about the manager. Today I placed an online order thinking it was the Naruto in Chambersburg, PA which is over 2 hours away. After noticing my mistake while arriving at the wrong location, I called this store to see if I could receive a refund. I want to state that I have been a manager at different establishments and hold empathy towards people in the industry, I believe in mutual respect. At first the manager told me he could have given me a refund had I called in the order since my card had already been processed, which I understood. I then went to ask him if there was a way that I could receive a refund with the company that processes the online orders or possibly the owner. I had to ask multiple times because he kept speaking loudy over me repeating his original response which I already clarified that I understood. Being only human, of course, I want to look down every possible avenue to get a refund. Times are tough for everyone. I was fed up with being talked over as he clearly was missing my question, I then raised my voice and told him that he needed to stop and listen to what I was asking. I'm typically an intensely understanding and respectful person, even with being pushed. I got very stern, giving back the same energy he first gave. He then changed his story, yelling at me, saying he can't give me the refund because they already made the food. Yet, had I called in and ordered, wouldn't it have been made then as well but he could cancel it? (I see the business perspective of this, but i was seeking his understanding of my point, it seemed like he was saying it out of spite) I wasn't looking to argue.. and I'm not an entitled person by any means, however, this manager was a complete unprofessional douche towards me when I was trying to work with him to find a way for a refund. All I wanted was him to point me in the right direction since he can't process from his end. Instead he dug his heels in where it wasnt necessary. I did end up yelling back at him because he was not understanding my position and would not allow me to speak. If i were in his shoes, and i tried to explain this perspective to him, I'd escalate to someone higher for an answer instead of writing off the customer entirely. He then laughed and called me crazy.. which some customers do warrant that, I did not. I am all for people standing up for themselves even in customer service but this was uncalled for. It did not need to get to this point and this manager should never have his position if me asking questions outside of his scope sets off his temper in that manner. He did end up hanging up on me, which also should never happen. I was mad but I was not being verbally abusive. I just wanted to be heard. My husband then ended up calling, being incredibly patient and respectful. The manager told him "why would I call a credit card company over $30? Nobody does that". Why would we pay for something we weren't going to receive that costed them a fraction of the price to make AND that they could theoretically resell? I've never seen any manager speak to a customer like this. He also said that I threatened him with a bad review if I didn't get a refund. I want to be clear, the bad review is of his reaction. Had he spoke to me with mutual respect, even with me not getting a refund, I would have understood and walked away with clarity. I'm not looking to bash this restaurant, they're probably great. But they should really seek out better people to...

My partner and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Naruto Ramen in Forks Township, and we were blown away! From the moment we walked in, the friendly atmosphere and delicious smells had us excited. We started with the Juicy Petty Buns with Pork, fried rice cakes with brown sugar, and Takoyaki. Each appetizer was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The buns were incredibly soft and the pork filling was juicy and savory. The rice cakes were a delightful mix of chewy and sweet, and the Takoyaki was crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. For our main courses, I opted for the Naruto Mazemen Ramen, while my partner chose the Chicken Karaage Bento box. My ramen was an explosion of textures and tastes, with perfectly cooked noodles, flavorful ground pork, a seasoned boiled egg, crunchy fried onion, fresh scallion, creamy sesame paste, spicy sesame oil, parmesan cheese, chili pepper, and sesame seeds, all combining for an incredible flavor experience. The bento box was equally impressive, with a generous portion of crispy, Japanese-style fried chicken, a side of green salad, pork gyoza, shrimp tempura, a seasoned boiled egg, and white rice. To accompany our meal, we tried their unique Super Lactid Milk drinks. I went with the Purple Sweet Potato flavor, and my partner had the Brown Sugar. Both were incredibly creamy and satisfying, with just the right amount of sweetness. Of course, we couldn't leave without trying their fresh fruit green tea. I chose the rose lime, and my partner had the fresh orange. Both were incredibly refreshing and the perfect way to end our meal. The service was exceptional, with our host taking the time to chat with us and making sure we were enjoying our experience. His passion for food and hospitality was evident in every aspect of our visit. Overall, we had an incredible time at Naruto Ramen. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. We can't wait to go back and try more of their menu! This place is a must-visit for any ramen lover or anyone looking for a delicious and authentic Japanese...
Read moreWe had dinner at naruto ramen tonight and must say I will be returning again real soon! We started with some takoyaki and pork soup dumplings. The octopus was a little over done for me but the flavor was good. The soup dumplings had a extremely rich broth and cooked perfectly. Our entrees were the classic ramen and the mazemen. They were both amazing! The chashu pork had a perfect char around every slice and maintained a very tender texture. The marinated soft boil egg was a umami flavor bomb and my favorite of all the ramen spots I have visited. The mazemen had a great balance of spice and was full of delicious ground pork. The prices are fair and the place was spotlessly clean with plenty of parking since its in the forks shopping center next to giant. The staff was attentive and polite. I cant think of a single reason they would not be successful and hope they keep knocking it out of the...
