This is a bit of an embarrassing story, but one that deserves to be told, we (my father, mother, and I) came to eat and the crew was very friendly, however I went to fill my drink at the fountain (I don't like to use lids so I didn't get one) when I turned around and my father (carrying our plates to our table) dropped his plate of food all over one of our chairs and the floor, we informed the crew and asked if they had a broom, we had every intention to clean up the mess seeing as it was our fault and they were busy at the time, the manager at the time who was excessively friendly came out with a broom and began sweeping up our mess, I then sat my lidless drink upon the table and went to move something but knocked my drink over with my elbow, the drink splashed all over the manager (I'm sooooooooooooo sorry about that), I immediately began to apologize and felt horrible, however the wonderful friendliness of the manager persisted and he assured us it was completely fine, he went to go clean himself off and came back and finished cleaning our mess, So for my review I was that the food was fantastic, but the customer service was exquisite, this is an excellent eating establishment that I will absolutely come back to prehaps when the crew forgets how clumsy my family and I are. Read moreFirst of all it was 7:15pm when I went through the dive through. They didn't have half of the entrees and th eonly side they had was chow mein. So I ordered so teriyaki chicken and when I went to the window to pay, they only had the teriyaki sauce in the package, which is different from the fresh sauce on the bar. When I asked for a refund the woman said I would have to speak to the manager, in which she came and said she would make some just for me after telling me the packaged sauce was the same a few times. By this this point I had decided to get a refund, in which the manager tried to tell me I could only get store credit. After which, it was starting to frustrate me as I kept saying, "no, I want a refund." After 6 or 7 back and forth of this same conversation, I was finally given a refund. This place never has a full menu. This is not the only time they have tried to given me a packet of teriyaki sauce, even when they have the fresh sauce. As a fan of panda, I can no longer support this location as the customer service here doesn't matter. Hopefully, in the future it will be fixed but I will never see it. Just fyi,if you're ordering order earlier than you want it. This was around 6pm,didn't get our order until around 7:30pm. Which made us late for an appointment that we would have made on time, had our order been ready when it was said to be ready for pick up. To be fair they were busy with customers almost constantly between walk-ins and drive through as well as a few other online orders. - But,if I had known it was going to take over 30min to get our order,I would have ordered much,much earlier than I did. Which I am planning on doing next time,because we cannot be waiting that long next time we go through for Friday night pick up orders.
