9/7/2025 around 7:10 pm I ordered 5 separate order for me and my family after a few minutes receive message the order is ready I went to grab the food. It wasn’t ready yet just two plates after a few minutes later, the food is ready I went back Tell them there is missing. I showed them the receipt. They don’t even read the receipt. There’s a drink missing chips missing she try to give me one by one after she read the receipt. She gave me one chips with bad attitude she threw it in the counter and she left, supposed to be 4 I told her to call the manager. The manager has bad attitude too she told me oh all the work here is children so if they are children they supposed to throw the chips in my face that’s what I told her , i told her she have to train them how they treat the customer good she say I trained them good and she don’t even say something tell her we’re gonna write a review she say OK good luck bye-bye I think she don’t deserve to be a manager for that restaurant I’ve been eating there since they open ,She left to her office without apologies very bad manager I wish can...
Read moreWill not return. I have used multiple locations around the metroplex and this one was not good. Front staff was friendly. I was here once before and it was just as bad. I gave it another chance, thinking it may have just been a bad day. NOPE!. The second visit same as the first. I waited at the counter with no one around, I ended up ordering from the kiosk. I ordered a latte and a bakery item. About 20 minutes later my disc buzzed and I went to the counter. Only the latte was there. Two ladies in the back saw me standing there but did not ask if I needed anything. Until I asked about the bakery item. She told me I had to go back up front to order that. I went back to the counter and had to holler out multiple times before someone came from the back. I showed her my receipt to show I already paid for the item. She offered another item. I returned to my table to eat. I then heard a man's voice talking to the staff in the kitchen about another customer who complained about a limited menu, and called that customer an "a#&*hole" . Read moreCALLED REGIONAL...My drive through was order wrong, but I take some blame I should have checked my bag. I called back and was told I would get a $15 voucher mailed. That was 2/10 it can yesterday and it was 2 free beverages. I didn't order just beverages. I ordered a bagel and tea for $6.81 I should have went to Chik Fil A for more. Insult to injury is when I called and was told in order to get my refund, I had to come today. When I told the woman I just got home from work. It happened over 2 weeks ago and you just now sent these sorry vouchers. She had the audacity to say I can't speak to her like that. I never use swear words. I told her I was calling regional and did. I got a $10 credit and requested someone coach that grown woman on conduct. So...ALWAYS CALL REGIONAL ON THEM. IT GOES INTO THEIR RECORD.
