This is the second time in a row the customer service has sucked. I walked in to order the same order I always do. I was told if I saw the special online then I should order it online. I asked what deals do you have going on? The black girl says "I don't know." I pulled up the website on my phone and I said there is a 2 specialty pizza special for around 33 bucks can I get that special? She told me "I don't know what the specials are and can you move over." She took care of the black family that just walked in, and discounted their pizzas a hefty amount. I asked to talk with a manager and was told "I don't know."
Ok I understand that if you are ignorant of the specials. However, at least make the effort to get the customer what they want.
The pizza isn't the greatest however, it's tons better than what's around the area. The first time I walked into the place the manager was polite and she was the bomb. She was great at customer service, had passion for the job and you left there wanting to return. Now that's not the case anymore.
It's sad to see. So, until service changes it would be best to go to Pizza Milan. At least they know their specials and are polite. The food is...
Read moreI know this place opened up not too long ago and it’s a lot of younger kids working there so I tried them out once and waited a very long time and watched everyone in the building wait a long time too but understood and gave them a second chance and even after calling them in advance to place the order (coming in from Kaufman) they hadn’t even made the order when we got there, they had to make it, maybe forgot to let us know when it was ready because when we finally got the pizza and wings we ordered, they were cold but we didn’t want to cause a scene as my husband and I have worked in the food industry as young adults too. We just took it as a loss up until we were almost done with the pizza and bit into a long piece of red hair that was baked into the pizza. That totally ruined it for us. I would give it a few months before trying out this place as they are still trying to find out what works and how to run efficiently. I know the owner may see this so please have your back of the house staff use hair nets....
Read moreI've been to Pizza Patron locations before but never have I paid $12.99 for a large pizza at any of their locations typically a large pizza goes for $7.99 at locations in Dallas. The food is good I enjoy Pizza Patron but unfortunately the service is pretty slow. I'm not sure if it's because the location is so new but it took around 45-50 minutes for a pepperoni thin crust pizza to be made, with only 1 person in front of me who ordered right before me. They chose the dine-in option ordered and sat down got their food and finished it before I even got my order.
Unfortunately I don't think the price is worth it here I'll stick to ordering at other Pizza Patron locations.
I eat at Pizza Patron locations frequently and was excited for this new location but I'm honestly pretty disappointed with the pricing and...
