The staff is always very polite and friendly. We've been there many times for pandora charms, jewelry, etc. I recently purchased a new watch for my daughter's 21st birthday. The staff helped me find the perfect Citizen watch for her and she absolutely loves it. We are a bit sad though that they will now no longer be caring Pandora jewelry as they are the only place in town...
