Grieco Chevrolet of Fort Lauderdale Service Department — Local services in Fort Lauderdale

I am extremely disappointed with the service department at Grieco Chevrolet. My cousin’s husband’s car has been sitting there for over a month for an issue that is clearly under warranty and likely a manufacturer defect. Despite still paying the monthly car note, we have received no loaner, no rental, no trade-in offer, and barely any communication from the dealership or service department.

It feels like the car has been “kidnapped” — they won’t fix it, won’t send it to someone more equipped to repair it, and won’t accommodate him for the major inconvenience this has caused. He has been without his car for weeks, going on months, and this level of customer service is completely...

Brought my Tahoe in for a new battery, two new break pads, and to take a look at the AC as it was leaking. They changed out the battery and made a mess of one of the terminal connections (looked like a rats nest). They told me my rear AC evaporator was leaking and would probably be $1,600+ to fix. I said no thanks and took it to another shop where they told me the rear AC evaporator was not leaking at all.
