Los Sueños Waterfront Resort and Marina — Hotel in Fort Lauderdale

This is a place to avoid due to the integrity of the owners. We booked 9 nights in apartment 6a as at the time it advertised ' a fully fitted kitchen', which is important to us. On arrival we discovered the advert was misleading as it had no oven, no grill and a ring located on top of a unit that could be lifted down and plugged in. The owner, Ed, was present and was told of the problem. Checking the bookings there was no other apartment available and as such we did not stay. I met with the owner a couple of days later and he agreed to a full refund and the website advertising was changed. The website suggests this property is luxurlous which in my opinion is far from the truth. On return to the UK the owners decided only to refund 50% and were not open to discussion. The fact is they falsely advertised their property and kept 50% of my money. They claim 80% of customers return yet they only have 3 reviews. I should have known then something was wrong. They have no integrity, principles or customer care so I leave it up to you to decide, is this a company you want to give your hard...

We stayed in apartment 6 for 6 nights in this small complex of 7 apartments in the first week in October this year. This is the largest of the apartments and was bigger than we expected. There is everything you could possibly need for self catering including a washing machine and tumble dryer. The only thing that did surprise us was the size and colour of the bathroom (Pink) compared to the rest of this large apartment . That said, it was spotlessly clean and obviously that is more important.||The location was perfect. There is ample car parking space outside and it is within walking distance of the Galleria Mall and the nearest water taxi stop. ||The laid back and friendly atmosphere at the complex is what appealed to us the most and this was enhanced by Nick, the Manager at Casa, who was always friendly and helpful to us throughout our stay.||I am known as the "hotel snob" in the family and I would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment to friends and family and I hope that we might return at some time...

My husband and I stayed here for almost three months. This place is wonderful. Nick, is nothing short of AWESOMENESS. Very helpful, keeps the property marvelous, and works very hard. The apartment we stayed in was VERY clean from the moment we opened the door. The bed was very comfortable, wi-fi works with no problems, and every cable channel you could possibly ever need. The pool is always clean, and very very well maintained. There is also a place to sit outside by the water, yes it's covered,and there is a grill for use. My husband and I travel so much, and have never felt more welcomed then we did here. Outstanding place. Nick goes above and beyond for the guest. The whole property is gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous. Thank you so much Nick for making us feel welcomed. Best place to stay in Fort Lauderdale. The mall is within walking distance, as well as Publix. Hands down the greatest place....
