We arrived at the store 15 minutes before closing and Melissa could not have been more accommodating. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional and not pushy at all. At no time did we feel rushed and we ended up buying a stunning sectional floor model. We ended up having a lovely chat with her and Jim over a glass of wine. We ordered a set of outdoor furniture which, when delivered, had a problem with the fabric. Scott Brown and the team at KB Furniture stepped up and made good for us. Today we received a whole new set of furniture with new fabric. It looks amazing. Will and Ron came both times and were efficient, accommodating and hard working.
