Go ahead and enjoy those photos of the insides of #5 and #6, which must be the nicest places here. I stayed in #3, and I've attached its internal photos. Strict rules and penalties for damages, being quiet, and no smoking, among others, printed on a giant magnet slapped onto the face of the freezer door where the icemaker doesn't even have a water line connected, is broken and loudly running constantly next to the dirty, beat up, noisy trash can. Residue and crumbs on the kitchen countertop. The dishwasher door lock is broken, rendering it useless. The food waste disposal is locked up, and the kitchen sink drains slower than medium flow out of the faucet. The stovetop burners stink when heated, and the left front burner stopped working mid-boil. Of the very few kitchen gadgets, pans, and utensils, they were dirty, damaged, and warped, despite the lavishly-appointed photos. Yellow water out of all faucets. The door stud easily gets stuck in the retracted position, requiring extraction. I was informed by Ray via whatsapp audio message that two out of three washing machines onsite do not work. Broken dining table chair. Wobbly and uneven tables. The people in #7 directly overhead may have been asked by maintenance to be quieter, and the people in #2 can easily be heard speaking at normal volume, as there cannot be any insulation between units. The tenant in #2 stepping out next to the entrance of #3 to smoke, despite the strict rule against it and the penalties for violating it. Even though enough spaces are available, parking is $15/day.
I spoke directly with Ray, owner? manager? who informed me the facility has new management, and knowing about these things will allow him to make it a much better place throughout. He offered 15% discount on my next stay if I wrote a good review. I'm sorry but I cannot do it; not yet. I want to believe you Ray. I really do. But, I've been buried under vacant promises my whole life, and will only believe all the repairs and upgrades...
Read moreI had to cancel my reservation immediately upon arrival because the unit had clearly not been cleaned prior to check-in. No cleaning services were available that day, so we had no choice but to book another Airbnb at the last minute. Despite not spending a single night in the unit, the host, Ray, refused to speak with me or issue any refund for the booking.
This was not a short getaway, it was a month-long reservation that happened to fall over July 4th weekend. Our holiday and our move to Fort Lauderdale were completely disrupted.

We were extremely pleased with the location the privacy and how quiet and peaceful it was. Our weekend was just perfect. We will definitely be staying here again.The room was clean and clutter free my kids were able to play and I had no worries with my 1 year old crawling around without getting hurt or worrying about his safety.
