We rented a property with this company through Airbnb, their rules stated were respected even though the stay was not as listed. The property was extremely filthy and not livable as to my eyes the reasoning is because this property is on the market to be sold and they do not care to put the money into the Airbnb to make it accommodating for guest. When we arrived the mattress and pillows were full of stains and the “couch” looked as it was taken out of a dump truck. I provided that information when I arrived and had to return to my home and supply blankets and pillows as well as sheets to cover the couch with. This was a huge inconvenience for everyone staying at the property which were 6 guest. We stayed here for my 30th birthday and I will be getting married in October 2024, going over the rules NO WHERE does it state decorations were not allowed if that was stated I would not of had booked with them to begin with. We stayed from Friday - Sunday and most of our activities were outside of the Airbnb at local places as we are locals in the Fort Lauderdale area where the Airbnb is located. On Sunday when it was time to leave we began to clean up our “mess” which contained mostly empty bottles and decorations we took down the majority of everything to then realize where were we going to put the garbage because both recycle and trash were completely disgustingly filled with flies everywhere. We cleaned up and left a pile of the garbage bags in the middle of the kitchen and put the bottles together the only thing I did not continue to clean were the surprise decorations in my room. I paid a cleaning fee with them through Airbnb which is included in the total. We then receive a complaint and photos as to what “ mess “ we left behind I was baffled. I received pictures of a water bottle on a table and the garbage we could not physically through in the trash and HAD to leave in the kitchen in bags. Our empty alcohol bottles which were 4 bottles of champagne and 2 liquor bottles. They tried to claim a party was thrown when indeed it was not I’m sure a party would require way more than just 2 liquor bottles and told us we were not suppose to decorate. No where did it state in the rules or information decorations were not permitted. They then proceeded to say we removed paint from the walls from the decorations but the pictures of proof were a water bottle on a table, a Bobby pin in the sink, the decorations in the room ONLY and the garbage we could not physically throw away do to the lack of Cleanliness upon arrival that prevented us from being able to fill up the garbage any more. I am disgusted with there review and lies, I have rented from many many host in the past and never had such a issue. Mind you the key is in a lock box on the side of the house behind these nasty garbage cans that we had to cover our faces to get to because of the smell and flies. I am an understandable person and assumed things happen but they way they handled things on there behalf is gross. I highly don’t recommend because things do happen and they are to capable of handling problems in a proper manner. When they were presented with pictures of the disgusting couch they had nothing to say. They do have a lot to say when the truth is spoken and that shows their integrity!

We recently stayed at this lovely property for a quick getaway with my Family. Just for reference the kids are in their mid 20s. From the moment you drive in the driveway and you see the beautifully manicured yard and the attractive design of the house you can’t help but to be impressed.

As you step through the front door, you are equally impressed by the beautiful decor and very updated interior of the house. As you walk into the kitchen, you can see through the very large back window window to a gorgeous backyard pool and hot tub. I love that the yard is very private with fence around it, and it is also surrounded with beautiful mangroves and lovely palm trees that sway in the breeze. It is a tranquil and relaxing tropical oasis. It is a great place to grill out your favorite meal or just spend some time chilling in the sun in the lounge chairs on the deck or the lounge chairs that are in the pool, which my girls loved. We all love the hot tub as well. If you prefer shade there is a very large, moveable umbrella provided.

The home is equipped with pretty much everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is is fully stocked with a large variety of utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, casserole, dishes, baking sheets, wine, glasses, and lots more. We found that we were not lacking anything as we made breakfast and cooked several meals there.

The bedrooms are wonderful!! Each with its own large, beautiful shower. Great water pressure! The beds were all kings and so comfortable. I loved the pillows. Each bed has an extra blanket provided if needed. Of course, the decor was amazing as well. So clean and new. I also want to mention each room has dressers and a tv.

The location of the property is very convenient to many things. We spent nearly every day at the beach and it is a short and easy drive. The house had an umbrella and a few beach chairs for us to use. Also a soft side portable cooler and a couple of ice packs. There are so many things to do in the area! I loved taking a drive to the inter coastal areas, which were also close by, to see the beautiful homes and boats. Tours by water are available for this as well. I highly recommend. We happened upon a fun little spot when we are searching for ice cream and it was called.”Lauderdale By the Sea”. It was a very active place with many bars and restaurants and a lovely ice cream shop. It was also very family oriented, but also had young adults enjoying the fun. There is an abundance of restaurants and bars and all directions. The Las Olas Area is particularly enjoyable. There are many restaurants with outdoor areas for seating. We had drinks at a place called salt and it was right on the river with a lot of activity going on around us.

We all had the most enjoyable and relaxing week. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again and I hope to in the near future! I promise you will...

We had an amazing vacation in Fort Lauderdale, and this place was a huge part of what made it so special. The house is tucked away in a cute, quiet neighborhood, but it’s super close to everything—beaches, restaurants, shopping, and all the best spots in Fort Lauderdale.

The waterfront canal location was a dream. We loved waking up each morning, sipping our coffee on the patio, and watching the boats glide by. The patio became our go-to hangout spot, especially in the evenings when we grilled by the water—it felt like our own little oasis.

Inside, the house was clean, bright, and incredibly spacious. Having two living rooms was a major plus for spreading out and relaxing. The beds were super comfortable, and the TVs in each room made it easy to unwind after a day of sightseeing. We really appreciated all the thoughtful touches—strong water pressure in the showers, great air conditioning to cool off after a hot day, and the convenience of a washer and dryer.

The natural light throughout the house made it feel welcoming and relaxing. Whether we were lounging inside or soaking in the views outside, there was always a comfortable spot to enjoy. This was one of those vacations where everything just clicked, and staying here made it even better. We’re already talking about...
