The customer service we received was well above what we would have expected from any other jewelry store. They are not simply a jewelry store, but Mark designs so many beautiful pieces as well. WOW! I have been looking everywhere for a particular bracelet for my fiancé then I saw Mark's website and read the reviews. I immediately drove to his shop and he not only had exactly what I wanted but the quality, craftsmanship and weight of the bracelet are amazing!! We will be buying more pieces from him, for sure!
