DO NOT EAT HERE‼️ ORDER FROM PIZZA PIEZ ALMOST 5 STARS!!!
I will be filing a lawsuit against this restaurant! I’ve been a customer since 2021, when i first heard of doughboys it was AMAZING (Back then) recently, I don’t know what cooks or drivers they’ve hired but my food is constantly burnt, they’ve delivered my food two hours later after ordering. I am a front desk agent for a local hotel, which business is business. I recommend my guests for excellent service, not plastic being in their food. One day after ordering I almost finished my pizza and bit into the piece of plastic in the photo attatched!!! After biting into the piece I immediately called the restaurant to ensure the safety of MY guests and all customers!!! The first response from the person on the phone was “we will no longer be accepting orders from you”. For one: IT IS NOT MY FAULT THE COOKS BURN MY FOOD! TWO: It should not take two hours to deliver an order to a location less than 10 mins away! THREE: It is absolutely not legal to REFUSE service due to complaints. I am a valuable Customer and I’ve worked at multiple hotels that work with doughboys for business. I feel discriminated against, the next day, I called and spoke to Kris, she told me that because there has been problems with my food they did not want to serve me anymore. After speaking we came to the agreement that I could place orders as long as I didn’t complain about it. I ordered that same day and my order was amazing! My pizza was hot and fresh and my fries were really good! It is not every time that I have a problem because nobody wants to sit and wait another hour and a half for another order. I don’t let the restaurant know for anything in return, just for simple common courtesy, watch what you’re doing when you’re preparing food (speaking on the plastic situation). And be mindful on delivery timing (so food isn’t delivered cold). The NEXT day after ordering I wanted to place an order again and the same men that were working the day I bit into the plastic. They REFUSED to serve me after I had already gotten permission to order! Ive contacted my lawyers and I will be taking this into legal action. They also told me that the owner of the restaurant would not care about this situation! DO NOT EAT HER BY ANY MEANS! THE STAFF IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! THE STAFF ARE RUDE AND HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. One of two brothers that work there were one of the gentleman that refused to take my order. Read morePretty disappointed with my visit today. I’ve been going here since I was a child and came back to Ftl for the day for personal matters and decided to bring my mother doughboys with my girlfriend.
1st off put, when I placed my order for pickup I was told $47. Then, I got to pay and I’m told it’s $55 and something cents.
2nd, they added a 3% card fee that I wasn’t told about when I ordered. I don’t mind paying that when made aware but you got to let your customers know that when they order their food not when they pay for it.
Side note: processing fees are considered a business expense. Which is deductible on a businesses taxes against their profits. So I still don’t care for the idea knowing that.
3rd, the food was subpar to what I recall on all the times I’ve eaten here over the years. The prices were a tad increased but that is to be expected in today’s economy. My girlfriend specifically got the tuna antipasta salad. Which on google lists a horrible messed up description that mislead us into ordering it under a different expectation. It appears to included tuna, ham, peperoni, salami, mozzarella and provolone with a weird non Transparent “with the tuna instead”. Instead of what is not stated. She only got tuna and provolone and was reasonable disappointed. Not to mention no egg either. Salad was kinda sad with welted greens below a top layer of decent green but the sub and wrap were overal decent. Garlic rolls were as I remember but the pasta salad lacked the harsh garlic pop it used to have. Still consider those ones good though.

Called and ordered lunch at 11:10 am was told it would be delivered within 60 minutes.............12:40 still waiting for it, after 3 furious calls to the business. Each time was told it was on its way. It finally arrived and I had paid with a credit card, when the man asked for my credit card I was like WHY? his answer was that they do a rub of your card. NO WAY!!!!!!!!!!!! That's not done anymore. So I opted to pay cash. However.....................they charged my credit card and it took 6 days to get a credit back to my account. When I called to complain about the long wait..............................Oh and forgot to say this needless to say the food was ICE cold and nasty. Eggplant Parmesan Sandwich and fries and a Roast beef and ham sub where the cow was still walking. BEST of all the man I spoke to on the phone said that we would get a FREE meal when we wanted it so just call and it would be in the book. So TODAY we order a pizza and get there to get it an lo and behold we are told only 20% off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This doesn't even relay the nasty little woman at the register who insisted we were at fault and not them. And who didnt want to deal with the problem. Seriously?
