I was very disappointed with my experience. I went there to have a indented area on my cheek filled. The person lead me to believe that Restylane should be used. Being it was a small area, she started looking around for other areas to use up some more. She recommended doing an area under my other eye. I was hesitant, because I didn't see anything wrong there, but she worked so quickly. So, after the injection I notice the area was raised and more noticeable. I went back again and she agreed to inject it with the reversing agent. She said me that she saw it went down immediately. However, now I have an indentation that was not present before. I didn't go in to have anything done to my left cheek and now the flaw is noticeable to me. So, I went back again for a consultation. I come to find out that she never injected the original area which was my concern. I paid almost $500 and look worse than when I started. I don't think she was clear on what she was intending to do. While everyone at the office was very kind and professional, I would caution against getting Botox or Dysport treatments here. I’ve been getting Dysport for over five years and recently relocated, so I decided to try this place. Unfortunately, after my treatment I developed a severe eyelid droop. They provided me with prescription eye drops to help lift my eyelid, but the droop was so significant that I had to use the drops several times a day just to see a slight improvement. It was a super upsetting experience, I had both a wedding to attend and a new job starting, and the droop made it difficult to even see. Although they did issue a refund, multiple doctors I consulted afterward confirmed that the issue was likely due to improper injection technique. I am so happy that I found VIO medspa! I started coming here to try the glutathione injections and then Lorena noticed my melasma on my face. Lorena wowed me with her knowledge of skin and ingredients. I could tell that she really wants the best for my skin and my needs.
