Everycare Studio - Massage Chairs — Local services in Fort Lee

This store employs a very dishonest salesman who works Saturday and Sunday. He lied to get my credit card number and charged me an extra $100 without my permission. Here’s the story.

12/8 - Bought the Cellreturn LED mask and Bodyfriend Palace II massage chair for $500/$5,500. Paid with card and left the store.

About 45 minutes after leaving the store, the salesman calls and says that his manager was freaking out about how cheap he sold the LED mask. He asked if he could get another $100 in cash when the massage chair was delivered. Believing the salesman to be an honest person, I agreed.

12/9 - The salesman calls again and asks that the $100 be paid with card rather than in cash as previously agreed. I gave him my card number. That was a mistake.

12/14 - The massage chair is delivered. A delivery receipt is provided. Surprisingly, I noticed the receipt said $200 balance rather than $100. I checked my credit card and saw the $200 charge.

Seconds later, I text the salesman. He replies: I sold you the stuff too cheap. I work on Saturday and Sunday. Stop by next time you come, I want to...

this is about the chairs, not the store. our store was in VA but they are not listed here. We ordered our chair and paid upfront. Then they said they were out of stock, so we had to wait 2 months to get one in. I think we got a rushed ordered chair. the key pad does not work correctly.  You can select what you want it to do but it will do something different, each time.  Different results and never what you want. You can not make the leg airpaids do anything less than crush your legs. Its so painful I feel its going to break my legs.  Everyone that tries the chair says the same thing. I cant even resell it, no one can stand the pain and there is no way to set that to a lower pressure. This chair is a very expensive dust collector taking up space in my family...

I am extremely satisfied with the purchase of massage chairs from Everycare Studio, located inside of Hannam Mart, NJ.

Yes there are a lot of great massage chairs these days, but ones I liked costed in the neighborhood of $10k from other places. But I found a similar one from Everycare Studio at a fraction of the cost. This particular brand does not spend huge on celebrity endorsement and the savings pass unto you.

Experiencing the chair at the sales center, discussing my options with the sales rep, and getting delivered/installed in my apartment were professional and seamless.
