I visited today to buy a cake, but I had a disappointing experience with the manager. When I asked for a few extra candles, they refused, which I found very unwelcoming. In Korean bakeries, providing candles is a common service, and customers are usually given as many as they need. Considering the high price of the cake, I see this as part of the overall value. I purchased a $40 cake, not a small $4–$5 pastry, so I don’t think asking for a few extra candles was unreasonable. However, for the first time, I was told there was a limit on the number of candles. I have purchased cakes from this bakery multiple times before and was never restricted like this. This experience was quite disappointing.

REVIEW UPDATE (after the owner’s reply):
The owner responded, saying they limit candles from time to time when they are low in stock. If low stock had been the issue and they were unable to provide the candles I needed, I would have completely understood and moved on. However, what I was actually told on the day was that the bakery’s policy had changed a long time ago and that my understanding was outdated.

We got Crème Brûlée Latte, which was sweet as you can imagine, and Korean Honey Tea, with Yuzu, with a nice amount of real yuzu pieces in it. Sweet with honey, great drink on a chilly day.
For food, we got Green Tea Almond Croissant, Crème Brûlée Doughnut, Croquette, and French Cream Donut. They were all made with care, and tasted really good! The price point for items were affordable. We enjoyed them all.
I must say the customer service here is not the best…but the food was excellent! They do offer brunch menu such as omelette, French Toast, and Croque Madame. I would like to try their brunch menu the next...
Read moreI went in this morning after a workout and I got a few things and was surprised at how good it was! I got the creme brûlée latte and it was really yummy. Not too sweet, good balance of milk and coffee. I also had the strawberry yuzu ade and it was so good! Refreshing with just the right amount of sweetness.
The star of the show though, is their Tois omelette and it was honestly perfect—fluffy, seasoned just right, the mushrooms were so flavorful and fresh. I loved it! One of the best omelettes I have had in a long time.
On top of that, the staff was super nice and service was quick and happy. 10/10. Thank you to David, the manager for running...
