I cannot recommend Jane and her team enough to anyone who needs hair and make-up done, whether it is for a photoshoot or for your wedding day! They are able to create a natural but absolutely stunning look, so that you look and feel beautiful!

I've had many experiences with other hair and makeup services being in other bridal parties, and I've struggled with not getting the hair style that I requested or getting cakey makeup (despite sharing specific inspo pictures beforehand). With Jane, she is able to bring the inspiration picture you have on your phone to life, and makes it look better for you!! I'd highly recommend booking a trial with Jane - this session was very helpful for both Jane and myself to get to know each other, and it was a great opportunity to try out different hair and make-up styles before your big day or special occasion. I wanted to change my hairstyle for the wedding reception, and we were able to try different up-dos, so that I can see which I'd prefer with the vision I had in mind. In addition, Jane and her team take meticulous notes of what kind of make-up/product was used during the trial to be able to reference them and to recreate the perfect look. Even without the trial, I have no doubt that Jane would've nailed my bridal look, but for those who may be a bit indecisive like me, it really helped to see different styles on me in person to make a decision. Plus, Jane and her team are so much fun to hang out with!

On my wedding day, Jane and her team kept us on track with the timeline, without rushing anyone. Everyone was very happy with their hair/make-up! Jane also helped my husband with cleaning and better defining his beard, and it looked great!! We even had few minutes to spare before the getting ready photos to breathe and relax. Because I opted to have a touch-up after the ceremony, Jane and her team stayed on-site during the getting ready and first look photos, and Jane continued to be on standby to make sure my hair and make-up were pristine for each and every photo. I teared (cried) a few times during the ceremony, so right after the ceremony, Jane made sure my make-up was okay right before going out for cocktail hour. Jane and her team went above and beyond throughout the entire day, and I am so grateful for them!

I found Jane Everwell Beauty Bar through Google searches. I was looking for an Asian makeup artist who did both hair and makeup near North Jersey. I have been a bridesmaid for over 8 weddings and my constant struggle was a makeup/hair artist who wasn’t familiar with my features. So either my curls fell and my hair went back to pin straight or my makeup didn’t match my features. I had researched and spoke to so many makeup artists and companies, but they were not to my style or way to expensive for what they were offering. When I got into contact with Jane, she suggested a face-to-face meeting. Which I was a bit nervous about, but when I arrived at her salon, I realized it was so we could better communicate and she could show me what she was offering. She maid me very comfortable and even asked about my skin and hair habits. She also asked for an overview of all my bridesmaids, which was also another requirement I needed. My bridesmaids were very diverse, especially with hair and skin tone, so I needed someone who was also familiar with curly hair. Jane had reassured me that with her 20+ years of experience in fashion and weddings, and her staff’s abilities, there would be no problem. I had booked Jane Everwell about 2 years before my wedding, however, we kept in contact over the 2 years for engagement shoot makeup and bridal trials. My main HMU artist ended up being Jess. Jess worked under Jane, but had also been in the business for over six years. Jess and I just clicked and she has such a talent for hair/makeup. I've had beautiful makeup with an amazing hairdo from Jane Everwell Beauty Bar team twice so far, and today was round 2 for my microblading eyebrows & eyeliner tattoos, and round 1 for my lip tattoo. (Yep, I did it all in one day—lol!)

I LOVE my eyebrows and eyeliners. I barely have any natural eyebrows of my own, but ever since my first session with Jane, my whole face looks so defined and clean 🥹. The best part is I don’t have to waste time or worry about drawing my eyebrows or even worse trying to make them even since they are already there now.

No need to worry about applying eyeliner during a busy morning when I also have a toddler to get ready for school, but I still manage to look decent at work thanks to Jane’s natural-looking eyeliner tattoo.

Regarding lips—I've heard so many scary things about lip tattoos, like how painful they are and how swollen your lips can get, but can I tell you? I fell asleep while Jane was doing my lips (I even snored, she said 😂😅), and my lips were only slightly swollen right after the procedure since Jane was so delicate throughout.
