I booked a late appointment on Aug-11-2024 over the phone. When the lady started to massage me it was like rubbing instead of a massage, then I realized she was using one hand only the other hand was busy on the phone. I have to say this is one of those jobs that you need your two hands and concentrated of what are you doing?. However I was thinking that I will overlook that the massage was poor of quality. But the last thing that broke my loyalty to this place was that they didn’t want to honor my customer loyalty cards I have accumulated for awhile. They told me that they have change owners and my loyalty cards were not good anymore. I explain to them that they might have change owner but the name is still the same and they should honor my loyalty cards. The lady charging me and someone else were very negative and didn’t want to honor my loyalty cards. This is my last time going to this place because it looked that was let go in cleaningless and disarray, the bathroom was unclean and there was no soap. I guess the new managment permit cell phones during massages and cleaning of the place is at the bottom of their priorities, I am guess they don’t care...

I went here on a recommendation, I was a little hesitant at 1st because of some of the reviews but hey I will give it a try. Let me say 1st, I will not go back here, and don't know who these people are giving reviews, or they do not frequent other Spa's. That being said, the table are very uncomfortable, the pad that you put your face down into are flat as a pancake so my face was hurting the whole time. I got a 1 hour deep tissue massage, was not great, ive had better. Now here's what took me, planning on giving the guy a $10 tip, which I thought was decent, I handed him $80 dollars in 4 $20 dollar bills, expecting him to give me back $10 dollars, he hands me back $5 dollars, I tell him I'm only giving $10 dollars for tip, he says we get $15 dollars, HOW DARE YOU, tips are not mandatory, I paid for the service and it's customary that I give you a tip, how is it that you demand the price of the tip, i tipped base on the hourly amount. I did not stand there and argue with him but needless to say, i will never go back there and for all who are thinking about going, BUYER BEWARE and have the exact amount in cash if u plan to ignore this review. I made a chair massage appointment for two people (30 min). However, when we arrived at 9 pm, no chairs were set up, and they weren't ready for us at all. A woman eventually started setting up chairs, which took like 5 minutes. Furthermore, she was the only available person. While she began massaging me, my friend decided to cancel after waiting for another five minutes with no one showing up for him. I shortened my massage to 20 minutes because I didn’t want him to wait for me. Even though the woman took more than five minutes to prepare, she finished my massage at 9:20pm. Notably, there was no timer set for my massage, and it was definitely less than 15 minutes. This place is highly disorganized, and the facilities are unclean. I would recommend staying...
