the owner was extremely caring, accommodating, funny, and sweet! i visited the day after the twice concert, and there was still a great selection! he helped me find everything i needed!! i ended up getting an antifragile vol. 2 album (realized that the photocards inside DOESNT match the version) and got flower yunjin, one i was originally looking for with vol 3! also asked the owner about izone and he gladly showed me over to their posters :) definitely a great place to get any kpop needs! the prices are also not bad as shipping costs are expensive :D the selection here is AMAZING! there were shelves on shelves of albums by various artists! both boy and girl groups.. the light sticks looked amazing as well! they also had other kpop related items (keychains, stickers), pokemon, and plushies! definitely recommend this place as a place to check out if you are ever in town! will be back again for sure...

If I could give K POP FANCY 1,000,000 stars, I would because I had the most wonderful experience shopping at Daniel Kim's store!!! Daniel was so knowledgeable when it came to K-Pop and had a huge selection of larger and smaller groups and limited edition items. Before I knew it, my friend Ela and I had been in his store for over 2 hours and listened to Daniel talk about everything from his family, favorite groups, and idols he's met. He even gave us life and marriage advice and reminded me so much of my dad, who passed away 4 years ago. I ended up spending more money than I anticipated, but it was well worth the trip because he was so kind the entire time we shopped in his store. I traveled from Boston and will definitely be back to K-POP FANCY the next time I am in NYC/NJ! Daniel is the embodiment of what it means to live the American Dream as a Korean-American business owner...

Love coming here so much that I almost don't want to write this review so I can gatekeep this from other K-pop stans 😭 The owner is so nice and responsive, and happy you find what you're looking for. For collectors, a few newer releases will have POBs. Extensive collection of old and new releases, even the most obscure! There's also a section for anime and manga merch in the back as well. Items are fairly priced here - if you frequent other K-pop stores in the NYC metro area, you'll find that albums are overpriced! Additionally, there is a table of albums and merch that are discounted for a variety of reasons (missing POBs, photocards, damage or other inclusions) and you're given the opportunity to inspect before purchasing so you know you're getting exactly...
