I was not happy with my experience eating from this establishment at all. To start I ordered from Uber Eats, so I can’t directly call this restaurant back and remind them of what they messed up, and had to through uber which of course did not solve anything. So here we are complaining; I ordered two orders of the crispy tenders and fries. I specifically ordered KFC sauce as well and it did not come in the order. Normally, missing sauce is not a huge deal but this is fast food chicken; it needs help and sauce to bring the flavor up. Without the sauce, I was just eating dry tasteless chicken which was not fun. Pretty simple; just pay attention and please add all items that were ordered. Not that anyone cares, but I have still not been refunded or compensated for the missing items in my order. It is very depressing when the only way I can trust a fast food joint to get an order right is when I am standing right there at the franchise. The Popper had no moisture in them were cold and dry as hell. They been sitting a long time.
1 Pot Pie so dried out the shell was bone dry and almost shattered putting the fork in. The Filling the best way can describe it was the constancy of condensed soup. Before adding the water it Just was not good went into the trash.
#2 Pot Pie. The shell was semi ok. Nice hard Edges and soft in the middle. Only problem was most the mixture inside was not as moist as should be it was like eating really thick cream of chicken soup that needed a little more water. But atleast with a drink was ok to eat still tasted ok. Just can tell was sitting a while.
Gave service 5 stars only because I did not deal with anyone there this visit just picked up My order. And in the past over the years service has never been an issue. Food Quality has been.

Today, I ordered using Grubhub. I ordered two dinners. I received only one.
Grubhub, promptly, refunded my money.
I wanted to make the restaurant aware that the same error occurred two weeks apart. Could it have been the delivery services that made the errors? Yes! But, I’m not going to keep ordering from the same restaurant if I’m not going to receive what I paid for.
I called and reached the store manager. I explained the problem. After finding my order, he suggested that the driver made the mistake. I responded that it was possible but it happened twice within two weeks with orders from his establishment. He cut me off and said “You can’t speak!”
I quietly explained that I was calling as a courtesy and wanted to continue to support his restaurant but that they need to either double-check orders or admonish the drivers to keep THEIR customers happy.
He continued to be nasty so I simply ended the call.
Good customer service is everything to me.
