Worst haircut I've ever had. Seemed like a nice enough place and at first I thought it was a good experience, then I actually looked at my hair and realized he never touched most of my hair! When I first walked in, I was asked if I was Matt and did I have an appointment, I said no and I was told well you have one now and I got right into a chair. Shortly after he started cutting my hair Matt who had an appointment walked in. While cutting my hair he was talkative, and I honestly didn't pay attention to what he was doing. Before knew it he was wrapping it up and showing me the back with a mirror. That's when I noticed the back was still a mess. He quickly trimmed it, didn't show me again, and handed me my hat. Clearly looking back, I was rushed out to get in his appointment. Foolishly I left a 50% tip having not noticed a horrible and incomplete haircut I just received. I was impressed with the facility and the atmosphere and didn't even notice the poor service until I got home and looked in the mirror with my glasses on. I can't believe the barber thought this was acceptable and anyone would be happy with it....

Not a great experience; we will not go back. Brought my 12 year old daughter there for a simple wash, blowout, trim and flat iron. the stylist washed and blow-dried her hair. No flat iron, no trim. Then the stylist advised that we were only scheduled for a wash and blowout, and she simply did not have the time to finish. She turned her back to me and called another customer to her chair. When I made it clear that we had, in fact, requested the flat iron and trim, and that dismissal was not an option, she begrudgenly told another stylist to finish up. The other stylist, although very sweet, did not do a great job with the flat ironing. My daughter looked in the mirror, got sad, looked at me and just shook her head. I thanked the 2nd stylist, paid my bill, tipped generously and left. We've frequented the beauty bar in Ballantyne with great results. I thought, surely the Baxter beauty bar will offer the same, if not better. It didn't, and we won't be back. We will just continue to make the drive...

Worst haircut of my life, twice.

Was working with two diff barbers on growing my hair out and everything was growing in perfectly. This happened twice. I was a week out from the preferred hair length, went in for trim on sides, diff barbers chopped off all the hair growth resulting in a butchered head on two different occasions. 1st time this happened the day before my wedding. 2nd time this happened is the week of Thanksgiving.

Hands down the easiest hair cut style requested, resulted in a chainsaw butchering.

Its not like this was the first time seeing these barbers. Both times this was months of going back every other weekend. The barber , saying yeah this is growing out perfectly. Two weeks later, chop chop, I dont even know who you are.

Pathetic.
