I am incredibly disappointed to write this one-star review for Fratellis Restaurant, a place I once held in high regard. My recent dining experience was marred by an egregious lack of attention to detail and an unfortunate mishandling of orders.

I had been looking forward to enjoying the eggplant parmigiana, a tantalizing appetizer on their menu. To my dismay, the dish arrived with a side of cappelini that was portioned more like a full meal, an odd mix-up that was not part of our order.

The confusion didn't stop there. Our hopes were pinned on the Fettuccini served with Fratellis' "signature" bolognese sauce, which had been recommended by many. Instead, we were served Spaghetti with Alfredo sauce. We sent it back, hopeful for a quick correction. In an unexpected turn, we received Linguine with unappetizing meat pieces that looked far from the tantalizing bolognese we anticipated.

After sending it back a second time, we finally received the dish as originally ordered. However, our appetites had long dwindled, lost in the tiring cycle of wrong orders and disappointments.

The entire fiasco was a poor reflection of Fratellis' ability to pay attention to what was ordered, dampening our overall dining experience. We expected a seamless and enjoyable meal, but instead, we were left with an unpleasant taste in our mouths, both literally and figuratively.

This visit was a lesson in disillusionment, turning our high expectations into an unfortunate reality of carelessness. One can only hope that Fratellis will pay heed to this feedback and rectify their service, for no diner should have to navigate such a disorganized...

We've been here several times because we have liked the food. We had a couple interactions with the owner. Nothing crazy but would just make you tilt your head. Then this occurence. My wife's meal was literally made incorrectly with the wrong type of noodle, at an Italian restaurant. Sent it back, they fixed it. The new plate, the broccoli wasn't cooked. When the server, who was in her 3rd day and did a good job overall, returned with the bill she said the manager only the broccoli off the bill. I asked to speak with him. As he came over. I mentioned what happened with her meal and that he only took the broccoli off. I told him, we didn't ask for anything, but if that's all you were going to do, don't do anything at that point. He mentioned he would take her meal off, I told him we've already paid. He said he didn't know about it or he would have taken it off. Someone there isn't being completely transparent on who knew what. When I asked him to confirm he didn't know, he pointed to a large party that came in, in the back. Obviously they were more important than customers that have been to his restaurant often. This owner is never at fault, but he's...

I really want to like this place so much, but they are just so bad every time. Its terrible. Don't go here. First - the food is actually GREAT. Seriously it is. But its the worst run restaurant I've ever been to. I have given them a shot approximately once a year for the past 9-10 years. Maybe two of those times the service/experience was "average". The rest were terrible. Just this evening I decided to give them a shot at delivery via Door Dash. The app said 20-30 minutes. I figured that was optimistic and it would be like 45 or so. The DoorDash driver got there about 15 minutes after I ordered and waited over an hour. In total it was about 90 minutes. Then the portions were small and the cannolis looked like someone dropped them - not a delivery issue but more how they were prepared. I have no idea how this place stays in business. Again, the real shame of it is that their food quality is actually really good. But they are so slow, slow poorly run and when you ask for an update after waiting over an hour they...

Where do I start? Service was horrible! Even before a chance to look at a menu I was being asked about drinks, had to go and grab the wine list. Was pushed to order something, no one else in the restaurant other than my wife and I. They brought bread and 3 plates on top of each other, no warning top plate was oil for dipping. So it got spilled on the table. Waiter did not even attempt to clean it up, oil all over the table. No One else at any of the other tables he could’ve had us move to or just clean up the mess. Had fried raviolis which tasted like they were frozen, it took 25 minutes to get our drinks refilled. Food arrived before refill of drinks. The salad dressing was very bland only had a couple of bites and pushed aside.I got the chicken Parmesan which was mediocre and half of it was burnt, wife got Penne pasta with sauce and meatballs eat only a small portion. He brought out two tiny boxes to put her leftovers into which was not even adequately enough room to put what was left over. I will never go back here again.

Excellent food and a fine selection of craft beers from local breweries. I had the chicken parmigiana, it was cooked well, good portion for the price and served at a reasonable time. You can tell the owner has an experienced attention to the little details that are so important, but often missed. Ate at the bar, but the wait staff appeared attentive and friendly with other patrons (one was very pleased with a compliment she received on her check). The restaurant itself has a cozy, homestyle feel that I would have spent more time in were it possible. This type of experience is becoming more and more difficult to find, so I would recommend giving it a try. Thank you for a wonderful experience, I left full and happy!

Nice little Italian restaurant. Cute interior. Butcher style paper for table coverings, which made it quick and easy to clean up between customers. We started with the fried ravioli, which was good, but relatively expensive for only 7 pieces, and is only cheese filled, but tasted good, and came with both marinara and ranch sauce. The bread oil was flavorless and poorly cut so it took a bit to tear apart. I had the Tortellini Alfredo w sausage, and my wife had Alfredo Penne with shrimp. Both were good. The shrimp had excellent flavor and the sausage had anise in it giving it a sweeter licorice flavor. The pasta was cooked well. Waitress was very nice. We will plan on coming here again.
