This place is THE BEST Greek restaurant I have ever been to. I drove from Florida and there is a Greek fishing village Tarpon Springs” I live by and I thought “this food is the best Greek food I’ve ever had!” but then as I was driving to Ohio and we stopped at this Greek place it completely changed my view of Greek food. It is THE BEST Greek food I have ever had in my entire life. The first time I went “as I was going to Ohio” I ordered the lamb gyro wrap with tzatziki sauce and fries inside and it was the best I’ve ever had the lamb was perfectly seasoned and cooked the fries were also perfectly cooked and not greasy and the tzatziki sauce is incomparable to any I’ve ever had! And the tomato! You would think oh it’s just a tomato but NO the tomato is just perfect I don’t know how a good tomato can taste so good!. Then the second time “ on the way home back from Ohio” I ordered the pork plate with fries again and the stuffed grape leaves are incredible! The meat and rice were mixed to perfection! And the pork it is the best pork I’ve ever had and the baklava tastes like nothing I’ve ever had before and has so much filling ! I know I’ve said that a lot but it is true ! This place is the best Greek restaurant- heck the best restaurant I’ve ever been to! And the atmosphere is perfect not crowded and not a ghost town and the vibe is perfect and the staff is kind and eager to help you. If I could give this place a one to ten I couldn’t it would even be in this universe it would probably be in the quantum realm or it would be infinity out of ten. If you are in the area or even one or two states over you NEED TO GO TO...

I wanted to update my review again as we have been a couple of times recently.

Our last couple of visits included: Meals: Rotisserie Chicken - This is very flavorful and enjoyable. It does get dry as you get towards the center, but we still really enjoy this dish. Falafel Pita Ilios Style - This is my favorite dish to order. Love the texture of their falafels! I also love the Ilios style - which is greens, pickled onions, and red pepper feta spread. A very flavorful pita. Pork Soulva Traditional Style - this pork was so flavorful! Love the traditional style with this one - which is with vine ripe tomatoes, red onions, and tzatziki spread. Another very flavorful pita. Pork Souvla Plate - this was our first time trying just the pork souvla plate and oh my goodness, it might be one of our new favorites! So flavorful!

Sides: Greek Fries - these had great flavor and I could not stop eating them, so they are good! Lentil Cauliflower Salad - Lots of flavor to this too, so good! Hummus - good standard hummus. Their pita with it is flavorful! Broccoli & Heirloom Carrot Salad - this is unfortunately a seasonal salad, but I'd rank this as one of my favorite salads ever. It had Quinoa, cherries, cheese, and served with a honey yogurt dressing. Ilios Salad - we like both salads they have, the Ilios and Country Greek, but definitely prefer the Ilios. The lemon vinaigrette with this one is so good!

Ilios has always been enjoyable, and I highly recommend for some...

First of all, we absolutely love, Baxter Village! What a wonderful, cute little downtown. Mature trees, shade, and just so many wonderful places to get some thing to eat or just sit and enjoy a cup of coffee.

We loved everything at ILIOS, the only comment on two items - definitely a personal preference comment and NOT a negative mark - what I thought was baklava was probably something else, very sweet floral like (wondering if it was lavender water?) so the flavor was not a favorite of mine. Additionally, I love baba ghanouj, but this one had different flavor, very creamy.

By no means was anything bad, it just was not what I expected. However, everything else?! Fantastic! Oh my gosh I can’t wait to go back again!!!

Personal favorites: the lentil salad, we actually got some to bring home it was so good! Highly recommend that you try that and the beet salad! Two of our absolute favorites.

We will be back to try some of the other dishes, but highly recommend Ilios. Oh, and the staff? Everybody was very polite and upbeat and there’s plenty of seating inside as far as I...

It’s such a nice and clean place to enjoy your Greek food around the area. The staffs are friendly and welcoming. Since it was our first time they assisted how plate, sandwich and salads are different. We orders Mini plate with pork protein and side fries for the kids. He tried pork pita sandwich with chicken soup. Sandwich was fulfilling and he enjoyed but soup was just okay. I ordered lamb plate with small Ilios salad and seasonal vegetable(mushrooms) it was good. Enjoyed my lamb, it was well cooked and soft. Enjoyed it with tzatziki sauce. Overall enjoyed my food. If you love Greek food then it worth the try.

New review here: I love the food here because I am honestly too lazy to cut up vegetables and chicken. It's like homemade and fresh!! Friendly staff, too! See ya soon! 8 months here: First time eating in, and the line moves quickly. I got the regular salad with vegetables, fresh tomato, cucumber, chicken, and hummus. Delicious! Fresh! Friendly smiling younger guy ringing up, very nice attitude. One critique would be, if staff is on their phone, texting, change your gloves before handling food. Yes, I witnessed this and don't bother with gloves unless they are clean. Would definitely go back.
