TCBY — Local services in Fort Mill

So disappointing... I just treated my son to an ice-cream and paid $21.80!! Only 2 sz cups available medium and large. No small....why?? I literally got 1 swirl in my cup didn't even fill bottom of mine with no toppings, son got a little more ice cream with 1 topping. Total of the ice cream probably filled 3/4ths of 1 medium cup. How did it cost that much?? So I did some research when I got home. Average price is .74 cents per Oz or higher. So how much does the cup weigh in its own?. Well the cup alone empty will cost you a couple dollars, then add the spoon then put in both cups while on the scale..... I could have bought 4 gallons of ice cream cheaper at the grocery store, plus candy to put on top.... don't think I'll be going back any time soon. We are a family of 7 I couldn't imagine taking everyone there. I'd be broke!!!...

Absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. A coworker and I were told to grab gloves before getting our yogurt. (We totally understood and were ok with it!) We went to grab gloves and were SCREAMED at for not standing on a dot that said 6 feet away. We were absolutely APPALLED that she resorted to SCREAMING instead of informing us of their protocol. I can’t imagine how MISERABLE the lady working had to be to blow a fuse on us without even giving us a warning. Highly disappointed. The sad thing is the rest of the workers are always the sweetest and so patient. We called to get in touch with a manager but unfortunately the screaming lady informed us that she’s the manager and HUNG UP on us when we asked if the owner would be in soon. I love TCBY because they have this white chocolate frozen yogurt I looove with the wet walnuts. However, my first time at this location I don’t know what I did because I’ve never done this at any other location but when they measured my cup, it was over $25!!! For ONE CUP! I know it had too many of the nuts in it because they had hardly any syrup in the wet walnuts, and I was trying so hard to get some of the actual syrup, but I could have bought several cartons for that amount!!!! I will never live that one down with those who were with me. I shall walk with shame from this day forward. Lol. Put a whole new spin on sugar...
