Magnolia Medical Aesthetics — Local services in Fort Mill

I have been going to Magnolia Medical Aesthetics ever since Dr. Bruce Chan opened an office in Tega Cay, South Carolina, and have followed the practice to its current Fort Mill, SC address. My services from Dr. Chan have included Botox, as well as Radiesse and Restylane fillers. I cannot say enough about the quality of service, fair pricing, medical safety, and solicitude offered by Dr. Chan during every visit. Dr. Chan is unfailingly professional and friendly. He always greets me by name and has never kept me waiting for my appointment. Any procedure he recommends is thoroughly explained and meticulously priced out so that I know exactly what to expect—artistically and financially. There have even been times when I have booked an appointment for an expensive filler treatment, and Dr. Chan has recommended a less expensive procedure—or even no procedure at all—because it is not needed yet. Most of all, the title Medical Aesthetics is absolutely indicative of Dr. Chan’s philosophy of beauty. He is enthusiastic about making his patients feel and look better about themselves. He is most likely to suggest a subtle approach to changes in appearance rather than impose a dramatic new look all at once. I appreciate that conservative attitude; because of his careful, scrupulous approach to making every patient look her best, I am always confident in a positive outcome. I appreciate his hygienic procedures, his concern to avoid bruising (I have never had noticeable bruising after any procedure), and above all, his concern for his patients’ safety and satisfaction. I’ve been going to Dr. Chan for Botox for five years now, and a quarterly visit is part of my routine. I first visited him to address deep forehead wrinkles and I will never go to anyone else. He educated me on the types of injectables available and we chose one that best fit my needs. He takes his time and explains the procedure in detail and is meticulous with his work. He is always happy to address any questions I might have, and always tells me (even after five years of getting the exact same thing) “If something doesn’t look right in two weeks stop by and we’ll take a look at it.” It’s worth mentioning that I’ve never had to do that, because he gets it right the first time, but it just goes to show that he wants you to be satisfied with the results of the service he provides. He’s never tried to “upsell” me on any other procedures or anything... I know lots of providers in this field do that often, but never with Dr. Chan. His office is conveniently located, and the rest of his staff are top notch as well. As I stated above, I will not trust anyone else...

When it comes to cosmetic procedures, you need a doctor who is not only experienced and honest but also professional to his work, Bruce, he delivers! you can trust him!

When I first moved to Mooresville over six years ago I went to several other establishments for my cosmetic needs and was VERY disappointed with the outcome. Since finding Magnolia Medical Aesthetics I have been extremely happy with my procedures provided by Bruce. He is gentle and down to earth, it made my procedure so painless and easy to go thru- the result are fabulous!

I will definitely continue to see Bruce Chan and would definitely recommend anyone looking for an excellent doctor to make an appointment with him. I have recommended Magnolia Medical Aesthetics to a handful of friends and all of whom are now patients with Bruce Chan as well.
