I was searching for a jeweler to help me to make a memorial ring from my wedding/engagement set, after the recent passing of my husband. I loved my original set and wanted to continue wearing it on my right hand, but alas it wouldn’t fit the same. I set out on a quest to find a jeweler with some ideas in my head, but nervous to trust. I found Cerio’s and after meeting with Greg and Karen, talking over the process, options and cost a few times, decided to move forward and trust the outcome. I had my diamond ID number “just to verify” it was mine later! (Again, trust issues!) Greg communicated with me several times and sent me the resin version and 3-d pics & different options and helped me with my ideas and resizing. I also came to the shop to try on the mock-up version. I wanted to incorporate and add 2 diamond stud earrings that my late husband had also given me, the same morning we were getting married long ago, to represent each of our 2 ( now adult) children. Greg used all my white gold and diamonds and I verified the ID number once it was made. That gave me a lot of trust with them.He converted 2 rings and made one ring. My new memorial ring is absolutely beautiful and I love it! I also had it engraved. Very happy with Cerio’s Jewelers and happy that I can continue to wear this sentimental ring for always, just in a different way! To be as brief as possible, my life took a turn for the worst about the time I had a GF drop off a watch to be repaired at Cerio’s. This was November of 2022. Paid lots in lawyer costs, GF turned out to have mental illness and I ended up in trouble with the law (b/c of her…). For the last 3 yrs the last thing on my mind was my watch (a nice Tissot classic). Well, fast forward to today…I say “what the heck, let’s see if they still have the watch”? I pop in and go over the story with them. Karen at the front and Greg the owner (I think they are co-owners) could not be more understanding of my situation or more sweet about my ask (as in, they didn’t look at me like a horse’s ass for coming to see if they had my repaired watch 3 years later). Bottom line, they still had it, they helped me determine that a large part of the repair was indeed paid years ago, and we squared up on the rest of the repair cost. I had NO IDEA whether I had paid or what I had paid even… They were honest and said “we would never sell an unclaimed watch” (which is shocking) and made me feel genuinely listened to. I got my watch and it works perfectly and looks beautiful. Thank Cerio’s for being wonderful people with a beautiful family owned jewelry store. Now that my life is back on track, I’m bring them two more of my watches to repair!! A 5 star store, and a 5 star customer service experience....

Amazing craftsmanship and customer service!!!

About two months ago, I took my wife's white gold wedding and engagement rings to Greg to get cleaned and recoated with rhodium after ten years of wear. Also, the engagement diamond prongs were bent from her snagging it while working. The rings both have diamonds set in the bands all the way around, and a few of them were coming loose as well. Greg was very friendly and helpful. He said he could take care of all these issues and have the ring back to me an about 45 minutes! I was pleasantly surprised at how quick of a turn around the service would be. I was also very impressed with the more than reasonable price he quoted me.

When I got the rings back, I was blown away! Not only were all the wear and tear issues corrected, but these rings looked, dare I say, better than when I bought them brand new so many years ago. Greg did an amazing job! I couldn't believe the quality of work I received for the price!

My wife said she doesn't remember the rings looking so good when they were brand new. She is very happy with the finished product.
