Ordered online through them. Waited days to get a tracking number and now the tracking number says itâs gonna be returned for improper postage.
Update to this post. Eventually, I got an email that my order was canceled because it was lost in the mail. So once they were back in stock, I purchased another one. I had already realized I had been charged twice and never got a refund from the one that got lost in the mail so I had called them and they said they took care of it. The second one came very quickly and easily. Then two weeks later, another one arrives on my doorstep. When I called Spencerâs customer service and I tell them Iâm not paying to return this after they canceled it. They told me to take it back to the store. I take it back to the store and that just creates more problems because they can only give me a refund for the shirt, not the shipping. When this was not my fault and Iâm not paying the shipping on it twice. The only person who was nice out of your whole company was the lady who actually worked in one of your physical stores. And she did so much extra work because youâre online customer service couldnât tell me how to take care of this properly.
