Spirit of the Earth — Local services in Fort Myers

Owner is shady, refused to refund me for a pick up order I NEVER PICKED UP. I had sent an email weeks prior asking for a refund and never received a response. Probably about a week later I received a notification my order was picked up..which I did not pick it up. Decided to email again explaining everything and the person who I assume is the owner was VERY rude and basically said that she wouldn’t give me a refund and dispute it through my card since my order had been sitting there ready for pickup…or she could have simply given me the refund I asked for weeks prior but instead she chose to ignore me so she could keep my $25. I get times are tough especially for small businesses but that behavior to me is extremely unprofessional. I guess my $25 was worth a customer never returning and spending another dollar there. Was staying at the Luminary and decided to get out and walk around one day. Came across Spirit of the Earth and stopped in to get a break from the heat and look around. What a great shop! The two people working here were super friendly and helpful. There is really a lot of cool stuff to look at if you like fossils, crystals, rocks, shark teeth, etc. They even had preserved bats!! I ended up getting a couple of pieces of jewelry, some stones and a fossilized sand dollar. I will have to bring my kiddo back to show him the Megalodon shark teeth and...
